The staff are super friendly and are dedicated to helping you with your fitness journey. The lead trainer Mr. Kang, is an amazing trainer and teaches people of all fitness levels with a systematic approach. I love training here and highly I recommend it!

I been few times at there. There are new gym equipments. I came here a few months ago because I really wanted to meet Kyougwon Kang. He is legend of bodybuilder of South Korea. My first experience with Kang, it was fabulous! Not only was he very informative, he was very humble and also didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way! he has given me the confidence to go workout out on my own! I've gained more muscle! I'm getting ready for fire competition the Arnold classic next spring. Thanks guys!

Dr. Kang is the legendary bodybuilder in South Korea and was a 212 Mr. Olympia/Anold classic contender. I am glad that he opened his gym and anybody who wanted to stay fit could receive his high quality one on one training!

Dr. Kang Kyungwon is one of the most knowledgeable people in bodybuilding and exercise I know. He is very smart and knows what he is doing when it comes to building muscle and strength.

They have only few machines but they only have the best&efficient ones.
His knowledge is professional. He will give u the answers to any type of questions about body building.
You can definitely improve ur physique level by learning & following it.

How amazing Dr. Kang is. He is not only professional but also humble legend. Highly recommended.

Look at all the fake reviews by their friends. When I called the owner, he didn’t want to be bothered. So I went to their gym to find out their program and pricing. But they stared me down and showed me their extremely rude attitude. Don’t waste your time and money here. They don’t want you.
