What a wonderful little gem of a restaurant. I needed to run out and get some quick quality dinner before a late night meeting and I was not disappointed by Rudy‘s. The deceiving front lead to back into a well lit area with nice updated Decor. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. I got the mama Mia platter and it was absolutely delicious. I will absolutely go back but this time I think I may try a pizza because the front of the restaurant had my mouthwatering when I walked in

Grew up in Cresskill and used to go to the old Rudy’s 55 years ago! Back in my old hood yesterday we came to the new Rudy’s - I had a Rudy’s special salad - delicious - and the eggplant parm. I had it over linguine and it was SO GOOD! It’s a hike for me to come here but if I’m even NEAR here, “ I’ll be back”. It’s not cheap but neither is the food - it’s fairly priced. 👍🏻

Best pizza on the East Coast!!

Ate here today inside when they finally opened the indoor dinning. The tables were empty except for a sign to download the menu. Great drink selection including Joes Tea. Pizza and wings were both super delicious!! Eating inside again finnally!!!!

Ate here a few times during the stupid lockdowns of 2020. They now have outdoor seating under umbrella tables. The food was delicious as always.

Delicious pizza as always! Dining room super clean. Ample free parking. Great service, great prices, super fast and one of the best pizzas in NJ and the entire USA!!

Had a good dining experience here. The two of us shared the nights special - Trio of veal, shrimp and chicken parmigiana with ziti and the special house salad. All great. Super tasty red sauce. Love their italian bread too. Even though splitting, it was more than we could eat and took some home. The red Sangria was the best we ever had. Jamie was our server and did a bang up job. She's efficient friendly and attentive as was all the staff we came across. Bathrooms were spotless. We'll have to come back

I spent few times around eating Italian food in NYC and NJ and Rudy's it's the most authentic, I was feeling like home and it's very important! The Pizza it's unbelievable! And the quality of the food it's great, that's what make this place THE BEST!

Rudy's! So much more than pizza (as legendary as that is), and a perfect sit down or take out classic, with it all. Choices for everyone. Salmon, veggies, a Caesar, wine, and perfect service, in an awesome location and building. Nothing better in the middle of a week...or any day. Legendary, and will keep coming back.

Always a great experience going to rudy's. Love the pasta garlic and oil with broccoli rabe and sausage. My favorite dish. The wings are also delicious

This place has great tasting pizza! Delicious cheesy goodness. Staff are also friendly and nice. Fast service in case you’re in a time crunch. I got their mushroom pizza. They have a small bar too in case you want something fancy to go along with the pizza. 🍕 + 🍷 = 😊

Hello All: This location was preferred by our local business partners for a nice Italian place. Signore Carmine and his Team did an excellent 👌 job. The meal is as best as it can be. 8n addition to that, Signore Carmine came to say hello to his Italian Speaking Cousin...yours Truly. Great place to go if you are in the area and having business meetings. Will definitely stop by anytime we are in the area. Thanks so much!

Good pizza and pasta. Fast service.

My teenage son and I really liked the food here. The first time we came here, my son had spaghetti and meatballs. I had the lasagna with meat. The food was really delicious, especially, the tomato sauce, and we totally finished all the food on our plates!

Perla, the nice and friendly lady walking around checking to see if all customers were happy, told us we should come back for the desserts as they are really good. This is a nice place with a family-friendly atmosphere. There were several birthday parties going on in the restaurant when we were there. Also there were 3 cute little girls around 12 or 13 who came alone to eat and one of them ordered for all 3 of them...2 Caesar salads with sauce on the side. They appeared to be regulars at this restaurant.

The second time we came here, my son had the lasagna. I had spaghetti alla vongole (with clams in a white wine sauce). We also had the tartufo for dessert (vanilla and chocolate ice cream shaped into a ball with a cherry in the middle and the entire ice cream ball is encased in a chocolate shell). Everything was delicious and we never have leftovers from meals at this restaurant since we always finish our scrumptious meals here. We also saw the owner.

We will be back to try more of the items on their menu!

Sept 2021, updating my review from 2 years ago to 5 Starts instead of 2 Stars for the Pizza (Margarita w/ Spinach) style. I cannot talk about the other dishes because we just had Pizza and a glass of red wine (Merlot). We asked for the Pizza Crispy and it was cooked perfectly, loved the sauce and cheese. The service was great, and pizza was delicious and came out quickly. We did sit outside because they had plenty of tables besides it was a nice night. I am just hope with the winter coming the owner puts a few portable tall Heaters outside, because it looks like outdoor dining is here to stay, besides lots of people love sitting outdoors. All and all, I would come back here for the Margarita Pizza, done crispy of course.

Phenomenal! I had the Sunday pasta gravy and it reminded me of my Mom's when I was younger. My wife had grilled chicken over salad and my daughter had the chicken marsala. Everything was terrific. Can't wait to go back!!

Also, great slices medium thickness and excellent sauce/cheese ratio 👌

Only complaint is the wait time for dining in... don't come too hungry or you will be starving by the time the food gets to your table.

Highly recommended for take-out. Recommended for dine-in with time to kill.
