Guerrero's Flower Shop recently covered the flowers for my wedding and they did such an amazing job. I had absolutely no problems, they were so willing to work with me and my budget. The minute I was concerned about the price he was able to suggest a similar flower that came closer to my budget.

Amazing customer service! I purchased flowers for delivery to a local address in Manhattan. There were some issues with my online order, but they were very responsive over the phone and offered to quickly resolve the issue once it was brought to their attention. I will be ordering from Guerrero's again, but will probably skip the website next time. Their service more than made up for the small delivery issue.

In less than a week, I ordered two unique bouquets for two different family members. Both were pleasantly delighted and expressed their gratitude for the lovely arrangements they got. The blooms were very gorgeous. It was quite well-organized. It was a good investment. It comes highly recommended!

Wow! What a gorgeous flower arrangement Guerrero's created for us! So glad RG Ortiz Funeral Home recommended them. I spoke with Francisco at the shop who graciously offered to copy an arrangement I had a photo of. On the day of delivery, he texted a photo of the arrangement Guerrero's made, which did not do it justice. So happy I was able to see it in person. It was breathtaking. The flowers were large, lush and super fresh. I rarely write reviews but this flower shop deserves 10 stars. Price was very reasonable too! I would highly recommend the staff and their expertise at Guerrero's, not only for sympathy arrangements but any of your floral needs. They will not disappoint! Thank you!!

I called Guerreros Flower Shop in order to send flowers to a dear friend who is ill. What a beautiful arrangement showed up at her door....EXACTLY the color combination that I had requested and gorgeous flowers that even the non-responsive doorman admired. They delivered the next morning after I called in the evening and all I had to state was how much I wanted to spend and they did the rest. No hidden taxes or delivery charges or handling fees as with other online flower delivery businesses. I cannot thank them enough. I cannot more highly recommend them.

Great service. I live in Homestead Florida, I wanted to send flowers to my mother in New York City for her birthday. I was kind of scared to do it over the phone but the guy was so nice and professional that I did it. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you so much for making her birthday special.
