Ozzie's Fresh Market

Love the variety, if you go to the chicken section they have a pack of chicken breast legs and thighs for such a good price and the chicken is good quality. Buying that has made my meal prepping lifestyle much easier.

Excellent and ectensive fruit and veg selection with lots of organic choices. You can find mostv anything you want. I walk the extra blocks to go to Ozzie's.

This is a well stocked supermarket. It went through a major renovation several years ago. Expanded and greatly improved the fresh fruit & veg produce area. Expanded the deli and prepared food section and bakery goods. Good selection in the meat department. Lots of condiments, soups, pasta. Large dairy department. Large selection of snack food and cereal.

It's a clean cute, gourmet-like grocers. It's complete with what might be called a sandwich counter that has lagsana, roasted, and baked meats, various salads, as well as, specialty items, and baked non-refrigeration-required pastries.
In the produce section there's a healthy mix of organic and non- organic fruits and veggies. I wish they had more gluten-free bread.They only have two kinds that I've seen: tortilla and corn arepas.Those are yummy, but I sometimes would like a traditional sandwich.
The staff is always nice and quite helpful.

This is probably the best grocery store in a wide neighborhood area. The prices are not always more expensive than lower-key places. I love the deli inside. The fresh produce area is also substantially better quality than other places like Key Foods.

As I was Hanging around my old neighborhood I hopped in and grabbed some organic sweet oranges, Israeli Pearl Couscous, and some organic Mamma Chia Blackberry Hibiscus!
I truly recommend this place for the great specials they offered for you never to walk out of the place empty handed!

The service is fast and all the products are presented in an impeccable way!

Best produce and meats in the area. Seriously, not even close. Prices will be slightly higher than at the local Bravos, however, you get what you pay for.

My top items to get here: produce, meats, cheeses (including fancy cheeses), beer, chips, bread, ice cream

Items I avoid here: dairy, canned/boxed food

I only have come here for the egg and cheese sandwiches from the deli. But I have to say they are the best deli egg and cheeses I’ve ever had in nyc. And that’s saying something. They are perfect, and $2. Never change, Ozzie’s egg and cheese!!

Their produce department is my favorite, it’s always fully stocked with super fresh fruits and veggies.

Literally the only nice supermarket for miles. A fabulous place that's got nice items for cheaper than Wholefoods prices, this is your spot for good food in upper Manhattan
