Frank's Market

I always enjoy shopping at Frank's Market. I usually go in with a shopping list but come out with extra unexpected items that looked interesting. Their pre-made foods are delicious, especially their soups. I can find every item I need here and more!
The only downside is that the aisles can be quite small and get crowded during busy shopping times but I actually quite enjoyed the crowded interior!

Great food if you have the money for it. This market is in what has always been the nice part of Washington Heights and, now that it's been fully gentrified, the market is overrun with yuppies and hipsters. It's also really expensive. The reason I gave it five stars is because it sells really high quality food, including deli food that doesn't need to be prepared, as well as some very high quality beers (including Trappistes Rochefort). This market also has a lot of gourmet and organic products which are difficult to find elsewhere in the neighbourhood, but again, if you have the money for it.

Ohh my all the cheeses. The fresh veggies were wonderful. I found my chobani creamer easily which the other store down the street didn't have. Unlike my Publix at home which is huge, this has everything in a small concentrated area.

Frank’s is a wonderfully managed local gourmet grocery. If you want grass-fed animal products, special cheeses, and fresh bread without preservatives, shop here. If you want “bargain” prices and run-of-the-mill groceries go elsewhere. I love coming here and feel like the staff treats me like a good friend. Shopping here is always a fun treat!

Love the Franks Market. It was god sent during the pandemic. The app is great, you can place an order and track it. The items provided are always of high quality and properly packed.

In case of one issue the manager was quite helpful to track down why it happened and provided sufficient resolution.

I love this grocery store. They have great produce and a nice selection of cheeses.

The store has great customer service! The food is so delicious, everything is clean, the employees help alot, there are kind and respectful too! Also the store is very organized!

The produce is usually very fresh. They have interesting prepared foods and variety of coldcuts, cheeses, olives & breads. They carry a nice selection of beer. They are always rearranging what they sell for better presentation or making room for new products.

When I go to Frank's Market I feel like I'm going to a country store right in the neighborhood. The market has everything I need, including a nice selection of fresh produce and well chosen, interesting products. Staff is always helpful. It is always a treat to shop at Frank's!

This is the best market in the area. Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh, and I never have to worry about taking their produce home to find out it is spoiled. Their workers do a phenomenal job of stocking the produce so that everything they sell is fresh.

Love the pastries here. Always fresh and flakey. Coffee is ok. They also have a nice selection of imported foods. Always buy the German barrel pickles and saurkraut. Friendly and helpful staff have always treated me well.

Called the store due to difficulty locating an item require for work. Anna agreed to try to order the requested item, and 2 days later I received a call that the requested item was available. 1/2 hour later the requested item was purchased. Thank too all the staff I interacted with, for all their assistance.

Fabulous neighborhood resource that has really stepped up to serve the neighborhood in the pandemic with quality, caring, and excellent service. Thank you for all you are doing and have always done to care for the members of our community.

Franks is the one grocery store in my hood that has all the things I can't find anywhere else. From the korean bbq marinades to a cheese fridge that would confound even the most robust frenchman. If you're looking for gourmet ingredients, classy prepared dishes or hard to find food stuffs this should be your first stop above 125th st. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly too. Make friends with the butcher and the key to the castle is all but yours!

The place is bigger than it looks, and packed with an impressive variety. I am able to find here things that bigger grocery stores don't offer.

Always a place to get special items! Needs more organic fruits and veggies!

This is where I go to find the stuff I can't count on the Key Food up the street for. Corned beef, seeded rye, specialty beers, fresh ravioli. Good stuff.

Great selection of meats and cheeses! Friendly staff. The butcher is very accommodating.
