I worked with Susana on the sale of my mother’s home after my mother’s death. I live in North Carolina and Mom’s house was in New Jersey. I was very nervous about handling the sale transaction long- distance. But Susana and her associates were awesome.
Susana and I typically corresponded by email and each email (every single one!) was handled promptly. Susana carefully explained each step in the sale process and I felt that our interests were protected as she reviewed each contract amendment. All closing documents were sent overnight and were carefully tabbed so I easily understood where I had to sign and which documents needed to be notarized.
Of course there were little hiccups in the sale process due to mail delivery delays and other issues out of our control, but Susana successfully navigated all hurdles brilliantly. Susana is highly competent and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend using Susana for any real estate transaction.
