Hampton Inn Eugene

Well you definitely get what you pay for. I normally stay at the most inexpensive hotel/motels that at least look like are in a good neighborhood.

Tonight I didn't feel like looking around and came across this Hampton Inn that was on a main street with lots of stores and restaurants in the area.

So since it was just for a night I decided to check the price and availability. I normally go through a third party app since it's just easier to pay through that and know exactly how much the total is.

On a February Saturday at 7:00pm this one came up with an available king bed suite at a total cost of $169. for a night and decided to splurge and just get it.

Decent amount of parking in a very well lit lot. Check in was pain free with a very courteous desk clerk. The lobby just as you expect a high end hotel would have, a lounge area as well as the business center with 2 computers and desks.

Overall very modern and clean environment. This place had a nice pool and decently equipped gym that had actual dumbbell weights on racks, treadmill, bike, and elliptical machine.

Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Usually all the cheap motels I stay in has a slight musty smell to the room when you first enter and just get used to eventually. This room had no smell whatsoever and all the furniture you expect in a nice suite, as well as a fridge, microwave, and an instant Keureg coffee maker.

Nice firm mattress and soft clean sheets. Usually I see a variety of pillows on the bed in some hotels, but these pillows were all the same and a little too soft for me, felt like it had a bunch of little pieces of foam inside, which wasn't too bad, I was able to shape each pillow to my needs.

Carpet flooring and marble tile bathroom. Bathroom had all the stock amenities you need including a hair dryer. Room temp was regulated with a thermostat on the wall which you can control.

Needless to say I slept very well! In the morning they have a complimentary breakfast buffet with your normal high end spread. Scrambled eggs, sausage, variety of pastries, waffle maker, fruit basket, variety of cereals, coffee and juices.

If you are in this area and looking for some very nice accommodations, at a cost of course, I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. I don't have a lot of luxury hotel stays under my belt but this one definitely sets a high bar.

I called to make a business trip reservation for 3 nights, I spoke with Summer and she was a delight. Easiest reservation I've ever made with a Hampton Inn. Price's were great and the Customer Service was top notch. We had a slight change in the reservation the day before our planned arrival and when I called I spoke with Shaun, who made the change without hesitation.

I have made quite a few reservations at Hampton Inn Hotels in Oregon (Clackamas, Bend, Medford and Eugene) and Eugene is by far the best for customer service.
The rooms/hotel are clean, breakfast is great, quick and friendly service. Keep It up Hampton Inn Eugene!!

I thought the location was a little out of the way, but what a very nice hotel. Extremely clean, the room was perfect. Breakfast was nice. Hampton Inns are consistent, and I really appreciate that. There are fast food restaurants close and a good restaurant about a mile away called Forresters Bar and Grill.

Fantastic stay here last week! Matt went above and beyond to accommodate us and welcome my dog. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and had everything we needed. The lobby with coffee bar, snacks, and breakfast to go bags was more than we expected. This is a lovely place to stay and a very attentive staff team. It’s also a short drive to the airport and easily accessible to other areas in Eugene.

You would think that exiting the hotel would take some time given the location to the main road. Fortunately, the traffic was never that heavy. But consider that if you’re on a time schedule.

i travel for work non stop, The Hampton Inn in Eugene Oregon is by far the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in.

We stayed here while attending a friend's wedding and we were very pleased. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable and the counter in the well lit restroom was actually large enough to fit all of our toiletries neatly!
There was breakfast served in the mornings which was solid, but nothing extravagant, which was to be expected.
The hotel's location is about 10 minutes from downtown, which was convenient.

Awesome hotel with great service! We ran into some issues but staff was super helpful at every turn. I don't love the location, but other than that it's a great place to stay.

Had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. Drove 6 hours, checked in very late - with our large good-natured hound dog. Staff were welcoming and respectful. Fine area for dog needs. A few homeless encounters were non events. Everyone was cool. The breakfast offerings were the best we've had in more expensive places. Will stay there again when visiting Eugene.

The management and staff are always helpful, professional and friendly.
The rooms are fresh and clean, the strawberry Belgium waffles are delicious and the fitness room afterward to work off the waffle is clean and well stocked with equipment.

Came here for a weekend birthday stay, absolutely lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable, will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

The stayed here for a week while traveling for work. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Coffee was hot with various options for creamer and sweetener. The room was very nice with a mini fridge and microwave. I did opt out of housekeeping but to my surprise they cleaned my room anyways. Perhaps, there was some miscommunication. Laundry was complimentary. The gym was pretty good sized. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Lovely, clean, and comfortable hotel and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff members. Beautiful indoor pool. Complimentary hot breakfast. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Stopped off at the Hampton on West 11th for the night. In town on business. Check-in was super fast and efficient. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the facility was bright, clean, and well maintained. The parking lot is a little small, and the room was a bit noisy, but not to the point it bothered me too much. I definitely plan on using this as my first choice on all my future Eugene trips and I recommend this hotel to everyone

We had a great stay at this hotel. From the staff to the breakfast in the morning we will be going back. Shaun the front desk person was amazing and got me amenities I had forgotten at home. Crystal the maid staff was extremely helpful with getting me new towels when I didnt want my room serviced and Stefan, who I met during breakfast was a pleasure to speak with. They all made me feel at ease and at home. Take time to stay there yourself and youll understand.

Such a caring, kind staff. They were so attentive and were very accommodating with my hearing loss. The facility is excellent. Very nicely decorated and all the amenities one would need. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were soft, and they had an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. The breakfast bar had a waffle maker with toppings and there were lots of toppings for the oatmeal. They had quality breakfast bacon or sausage, potatoes, and different egg dishes each day. One of the best facilities I have ever stayed in.

It took us a little to figure out how to work the remote for the TV. But we enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast in the mornings was great. The young lady that works there (Deb) not sure but she provided great service. The front desk guys supplied dynamic service offering water and snacks. This hotel just happen to be less than a mile from our sister and my dialysis clinic is right across the street from the hotel. This makes the hotel very convenient when visiting Eugene.

Back in 2015 I left Marriott and decided to try the Hilton brand. When I checked into my very first Hilton it was in this Hampton Inn location. At that time I was only a Hilton "blue" level and my plan was to work my way up to silver and Gold. I was put in room 411 which was a large suite, (yes, I remember 411 which is not hard to forget). I was so impressed I kept staying at all different Hilton Brands until I hit Diamond level end of 2016. Ever since then I've only stayed at a Hilton location all over the world from Hawaii throughout Europe and North America. Thank you Hampton Inn Eugene, this location is responsible for my success an enjoyment of the entire Hilton portfolio.
(By the way this place always has the best coffee choices 24 hours a day)

What a great experience! I have stayed in so many hotels over the years and I know good service when I see it. The staff at the desk yesterday evening when we checked in made us feel so welcome. The hotel was clean and well run. Nicely done!
