This store has everything you need to maximize intimate pleasure either by yourself or with another! This time when my partner and I went in, we had the absolute VIP experience because we were helped by the world's coolest associate, Tiffani! This rad woman was highly knowledgeable, super kind, and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to make sure that you leave with everything you need! Thank you so much Tiffani!

I have been here a handful of times. They have a good selection, but the real reason I go here is that the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Tiffany helped my wife and I today. We had several questions about a variety of topics. She had suggestions for all of them. We went in for one thing and left with over a half dozen things. Lots of fun is on the way thanks to her help!

Tiffani was absolutely amazing! This whole experience was made so pleasant for me, and I struggle socially. Especially in these kind of situations 🤣 So thank you Tiffani at Castle for helping this be a pleasant experience for me!

Had great help from all the staff. Got greeted by a lady who started my search with good recommendations and helped look up some items to see if they'd be on sale and found 1! Then the person who helped me check out seemed a little new but very friendly and made me laugh. The manager seemed very helpful with any questions he had and smoothed out any kinks(pun intended) in the process.

Easy to locate store. Great selection. What was the best part was the staff. Tiffany was super helpful. I liked that she greeted me as I came in the store offered assistance to locate anything, and then let me browse uninterrupted. She checked in with me after a while, I was stilldoing good, so she let me be. Later, when I did ask for assistance, she was super helpful and a wealth of information. I felt she was honest with her recommendation and opinions. The reason I will be a return customer is because of Tiffany.
