Lowe's Home Improvement is so much fun during the holidays. The decorations make me smile. It cracks me up to see Halloween Decor right next to Christmas items. Something for everyone to enjoy. The prices are visible and easy to shop. I like that if I need assistance it is available. I love any store that sells Snoopy products and will come every year to see new items

Our new business, Northwest Industrial Paint LLC, needed a new air compressor. After some research Lowe's had the one we wanted. Only having ever shopped there once before we were very happy to find a large amount of painting supplies at extremely competitive prices! Since starting our new business Lowe's has been our go-to spot!

Great service by the employees in the PickUp/Curbside area. Had to order some items that were not in stock a few weeks ago, went to pick them up today and everyone was very nice and helpful. Rare these days.

Went during an ice storm looking for a kerosene heater. Looked like they were gone but always look high on the shelves and you may get as lucky as I was. I found a great Craftsman fan forced 80,000 btu kerosene heater.

Good selection. Love online ordering and pickup with the lockers. Bonus points for the veteran discount and parking.

Super customer service people were on staff tonight. Two nice guys (James and __ ? __) helped us choose a grill and then Kyle & Behnaz went above and beyond at the cash register. Absolutely terrific service! 10/10!

Went there for one O ring, cost .75. But no, I have to buy a package of them, all different sizes out of which I only need the one size to fit my 5 gallon water lid. Cost of package, $6.97 approx. This store's business model is set up to suck every cent out of your wallet that they can get there hands on. Shop somewhere that have these type of items in bulk. Do your wallet a favor.

I shopped here for house plants. They had a very nice selection to choose from, and all the plants looked healthy.

Our fridge died and we visited all the “big box” stores looking for a replacement. We were mostly ignored at every store except Lowe’s. Lily in the appliance section was exceptionally helpful and skillfully navigated us through all the various features and offers. She was great to work with and we came away with the exact replacement we needed. Thanks for being so awesome, Lily! We really appreciate your help!

Great employees! I had a terrible time at another box store buying a major appliance and it getting cancelled day of delivery without notifying me. I almost had another issue with cancellation at this Lowes but the employees went above and beyond to ensure that my order could be processed! At pickup the employees greeted me with smiles and were incredibly friendly despite the busy holiday season. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and work well together, I will definitely be back!

Zen is simply amazing. She has always helped me and truly cares . about her customers. Her knowledge and intelligence is unmatched. The store has a great selection of appliances. I highly recommend buying your new appliance here. They have a lot of inventory in stock and the store is clean and organized. All the staff is amazing and great.

I just bought a new oval mirror at Lowes at Eugene for above my fireplace. It is beautiful, was VERY easy to hang, and looks perfect! It was a great price, the ladies at the front counter were really nice, and one of their guys took it to my car for me. GOOD JOB, LOWE'S! You're the best!!!

I Love Lowe's. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is stocked well and the paint department staff really are the best.
