Love this buy2 store. The chicken is amazing and taste great. Have ordered it a few times and had it delivered. Didn't know they had grub hub, but called and the staff was friendly enough to take my order over the phone and have it ready by the time I arrived.
The customer service has really changed in the last few weeks. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and willing to help. If they don't know the answer they will find it.
Definitely notice a change in management and how the store is ran. The new manager, Levi I believe was his name, was willing to answer any questions I have and bends over backwards to assist in making my experience at this location exciting and memorable. I feel like family when I walk into this location.
Recommend this location to anyone if your looking for the full customer experience. Really a huge change.

I wanna give the girl Shelby that works there a huge shoutout. My car broke down at the dollar tree and we thought maybe the gas ran out. My wife walked up there and borrowed a gas can. Unfortunately the car had just completely crapped out. The attendant Shelby offered to try to jump our car and when that didn’t work she offered to give us and our kids a ride home. After a long day of trying to figure out what was wrong and stuck being in the heat I couldn’t have asked for anything. Thanks so much again❤

the price for food is too high. but over all the employees are very nice now. i'm a regular on the weekend, the gal who works in the morning is very sweet. glad to see the store getting good employees now.

This location is alright. They can often be under staffed with fuel attendants though. I have waited for a long time waiting to have my tank filled. I usually only stop here to have my tank filled, I don't usually shop inside. I have received slow service for gasoline on multiple occasions though. Sometimes, this Oregon law for pumping gas can be annoying when stores don't staff enough workers to help the customers. That being said, the prices are cheaper than most in town though, which is nice.

The lady who gets paid to work there who initially sits below the register (everytime I've been in there while she works) *lady who wears only black 💋 lipstick* ; Absolutely horrible worth ethics. Very rude, unpleasant and bad customer service ABSOLUTELY 💯. NOT JUST ONCE OR TWICE BUT A DOZEN OR SO TIMES!

The gentleman working day shift is a giant douche canoe. I regretfully decided to go to buy2 thinking I could use the restroom and buy cheaper cigarettes than 711. I was told him it was company policy only people buying gas have access to the bathroom.
He touched my phone to use my coupon before I could see I didn't have enough money in cash. I requested that I pay half cash and the rest on card. He mentioned that I was running out of time to use my coupon. Which was a buy 2 packs to get $4.50 off American. I'm unable to buy my coupon and wasted it all for touching the redeem button

NOT 24HR!! Says 24hr on building, then a DIFFERENT sign than the 24hr, says "drive thru". The drive-thru is open, but gas is turned off. Manager's motto "find it somewhere else".

Purchased gas at this location about two weeks ago. Gas dripped down the side of my car, not uncommon, but the gas attendant wiped it off and it damaged the paint which she said nothing about. I didn't notice the damage until I returned home and immediately took pictures and called the store. The manager was out for the day and I was told I would receive a call on Monday. No phone call, so my wife contacted the store and talked to the manager, Jessica. She said she filed a report and that that gas attendant had no idea she had caused any damage. There was an obvious mark from where the bumper had been wiped that wasn't there prior. We have contacted the manager, twice and both times have been told she sent the report. The Regional manager, Summer, has been informed and we have had no return call from her. We are told that they have no main office we can contact which is ridiculous. There was no reason why the gas attendant could not have informed me when the damage happened and apologized. The lying, refusing company information and no contact are not acceptable for any business. It shouldn't be surprising though considering the condition and customer service at most of there locations.

I realized that lately I have only written reviews when I felt like I received astonishingly bad service, like I did at the Buy2 store next to this 76 station. I dont feel that doing this is fair to places that treat me like royalty when I do business with them, so I have resolved to write two positive reviews for every negative one that I have the displeasure of having to write.
To begin:
The employees here dont deserve even the worst review I could come up with. It would be too good for them. I requested the large coffee cup from the self serve bar and was ignored. The 'gentleman' on the cash register began making disparaging remarks about me to the other customers he was ringing up because I noticed the large cups in a box nearby that had yet to be stocked. I helped myself to one. I got my coffee and realized there was nothing stocked at the coffee bar, except a little bit of coffee mate. No sticks, no lids, no sugar, no creamer, no flavoring, no nothing. I requested a lid, I was fine with the coffee mate, the cashier making the remarks begins flailing through the cup boards to find a lid, I say a lid is no big deal, he heads into the office area, put my coffee in front of the register, I realize I forgot which gasoline pump I am on. I hurry outside to glance, while he's in the office. Pump #7. I turn around, he's just twitching like crazy thinking im? Doing? What? I didn't bring the coffee outside. I see that he doesn't have a lid. He disappears back into the office as I go in. I lost my place in line and a woman is helping the 2 customers that formed a line in my 10 second absence. She was making quite a show of being good and treating them extra special. When It came to be my turn, she growls at me, "Dont go through my cup boards" I say, 'Ok.' 'Can I have fuel on pump 7? Oh, would you mind selling me $2 of quarters for the air machine?" She looked thrilled to tell me that they don't have any. Im thinking, "I'm glad this is over and I'm never going to come back here again." The Credit Union is 2 blocks away. I would have bought a spare roll of quarters for the buy2 but, I just couldn't do it.

I was mocked by the cashier telling me
" leave get out don't have a seizure in my store" and the manager telling me " we will see me in court " "all service dogs have to wear vests" "you have to provide paperwork proof" they told me to tie my dog outside then refused me service stating they are getting a drive through and don't allow any dogs inside the store including service dogs" along with many other very messed up things I have it all on video
this will be reported to whom ever owns buy two as a whole and the better business bureau along with any other proper authorities.
I'm disturbed that a stover won't allong legit disabled people in with their service dogs and would mock them and their disability

Rude, rude, rude female "manager". Location is heavy with aggresive panhandlers and people wacked out on drugs or booze. Can't get in or out of the store without being accosted. Why shop there? Won't go back.

Why is it that customers who shop in the store can not use the restroom yet gas customers can use the restroom we ended up walking out and not even buying anything because it was so ridiculous we will never go back what could the reason other then discrimination could it be

U can purchase gas and use the restroom, the coburg rd/MLK store will let you spend money in the store on snacks and drinks then tell you that you have to be paying for gasoline to use the restroom, other wise your not considered a paying customer, even though you just spent $15.00 inside the store.. Go figure.!!.
