Panera Bread

Frequent flyer at Panera, love the food service is always great BUT if a steak and cheddar sandwich is almost $15 bucks I expect more … refer to photo attached. This was a very skimp sandwich and I’m a little disappointed especially with the cost. Do better and give people there moneys worth

I love our local Panera Bread and go there often for the quality of my meals but mostly the outstanding service of the manager Caleb and his employees who treat my family and me well !!

I ordered a You Pick Two. The Bistro French Onion Soup. It is thicker than the average French Onion Soup, and chock full of onions. It was hearty and topped with a few croutons and shredded cheese. Then I enjoyed the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken. That had lots of fresh fruit(strawberries, blueberries and pineapple), fresh and crunchy lettuce, crunchy pecans, thin strips of chicken, and coated in a slightly creamy Poppyseed dressing. For dessert I enjoyed a Lemon Drop Cookie. A nice scent and taste of lemon that made it absolutely delicious, and before I knew it I finished the cookie. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Friday after Thanksgiving I went to this Panera and had the best experience. I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually check but did not this time. I went back to get it (feeling a little annoyed and hungry). The manager went over and above to make it right. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him 10 times over. I wish I had gotten his name but it was around 630pm on Friday the 24th. Thank you to him for showing care in his work which is extremely rare nowadays.

Service was amazing. The food was great. The manager Caleb was very fast and efficient when assistance was needed. He also took care of a customer in front of me even though he probably really didn’t have to. He bent over backwards to make this other person happy as well as me. Great service here!

Very clean and nicely laid out. Got a beeper for when the food was ready, but they brought it to us anyway. Very nice. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and hot when delivered. Great visit all around.

Food was pretty good. The best part, is when the manager, Caleb, took care of the situation where my gift card did not work. Also, he took care of another person after me who ordered a soup that was not a part of his meal. He just said you know, it comes with that soup, but since you’re allergic to something in it I will go ahead and get it swapped out for you this one time. You just don’t get service like this anymore. Usually it’s hard just to find help so you settle for anybody and you don’t get the quality of person like this manager was.

Great food, always clean. Also the kids salad is the size of an adult salad it seems lol

I accidentally ordered my coffee and scone for the wrong store and the manager fixed it for me. I really appreciate that! I usually double check my processes but was hurrying not sure if they closed at 9 or 10. Google said 10 the app said 9. It is in fact 10. They didn't try to rush me out right at 10 or BEFORE either which I also really appreciated. Most of the other Paneras I've been to try to push you out well before they close. Even had someone be mean to me about making an order. I understand preparing to close when it gets close, but sometimes people come late and that's just the way it goes. I've been on both sides. I also saw them ACTUALLY DONATING the baked goods at the end of the night which is ONE OF THE FIRST times I've seen in Indy and I've been to pretty much all of them. Most of them have cameras on their dumpsters and get mad when people dumpster dive. Seen it many times. If they weren't throwing the food away when they tout donating it they wouldn't have the problem and people wouldn't be digging through the trash!!!!

In town for a conference and staying at one of the airport hotels. Came here for breakfast two days in a row. The food was great at a great price, but staff were the best part. The bubbly lady at the register had personality plus, and the other lady who I assume is the manager was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

I got the sips pass and this is my favorite location! The chicken noodle in a bread bowl is really good. The cinnamon crunch bagel,Asiago bagel, everything bagel, sesame bagel, and cranberry orange muffin are all my favorite....that honey walnut cream cheese is FABULOUS...all delicious! I'm there at like 4 times a week. And always a friendly staff!

The food at Panera is good. Panera is a good break from the regular fast food places. I love their bread. Service is someone takes your order, and you go puck it up when it's ready. You bus your table at the end.

The salads are always very good and their selection of drinks and teas wonderful my granddaughter had the pepperoni pizza she said it kind of tasted like the sauce was just like tomatoes sauce and not like pizza sauce liked the mac and cheese and and this is our go-to place reasonably priced and easy on my budget

This location is the cleanest one in Indy. The managers and team members care. The food is good, coffee fresh, service fast and friendly... it's the best Panera location in the region. [These folks need to go teach the managers and (most of the) team at South Raceway/Rockville Rd. how to act (attitude) and clean.]

The chicken noodles bread bowl had such a rich flavor and was awesome! I highly recommend trying it. The store was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Kaleb and the team are so wonderful! I was missing a sandwich from my order and he was kind enough to replace it, very nice in the drive through and by phone! I really appreciated the great customer service :)

Panera was great! We were greeted right away by Madison, the cashier who was very polite and helpful. We had a freshly made chicken, cheese and avocado wrap that was very good. The restaurant was clean and well maintained which shows that the staff takes pride in what they do. I will definitely be visiting again.

Food was out so quickly. I was really surprised due to it being lunch time and a large crowd. Love the new Buffalo Chicken sandwich - please keep it on the menu!

Always a great experience here... The food is delicious and they've never got my order wrong. I like that they have lots of vegetarian options. Its nice to go out to eat and feel normal. The staff is courteous and quick. One of my favorite places to eat! =)
