Over the years this has become my #1 go-to place for tire issues. The customer service is outstanding!!! Many years ago I had an issue, but they won me back and I have stayed with them ever since. Adam - the manager has done everything in his power to make my experiences great! I have watched the team work with other customers, and they are the same with all of them. They treat you fair and work well with you. They can help explain things in a proper way for understanding as well.

Top notch service! I came in to get a tesla tire replaced, the guys at the shop all were very nice and they were able to take care of my issue within 20 minutes.

Based on the experience I had today, this is the shop I'll be going to in the future for any of my tire issues. Thanks team!

fred and his team are great, had a flat tire that needed to be replaced on my hyundai, initially quoted me around 200$, ended up paying only 35$ cause it turned out to be just a nail stuck in my tire, i was pleasantly surprised they didn't try to dupe me into buying a whole new tire like most places would have. Definitely earned my trust for future business for sure

I did a 3rd party purchase to get some new tires installed on my vehicle. When I spoke with the location the day my tires were scheduled to arrive - they were quick to get me scheduled for the follow day! When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and welcomed to Tire Barn. The gentleman who assisted me was nice, funny, and very customer service oriented. I sat and listened to their interactions with other customers and that same energy was presented to each customer. I work in customer service myself in finances and it is always so nice to see great customer service! Thank you Tire Barn for a quickly and friendly service! Great people to work with, although like levery other tire shop, they want to sell you the world, but good people to work with. Unlike belle tires, who are scammers..

Honestly, this is the only place I will go for tires and tire service as long as I live in central Indiana. Adam is the best customer service person I have worked with in the tire industry and I’m not young! Last weekend I had a flat tire on my riding lawnmower. They repaired it for free just because I’m a regular customer. That’s the kind of service you will appreciate at Tire Barn Avon if you do business with them.

I had called Ethel tire barn in Avon to get pricing for some tires for my F250 and the mother-n-laws Mercedes SUV. I spoke to Jeff over the phone , he gave me pricing on some coppers for my truck and in law. Made appointment after tires arrived. The employees are very professional and took care of us in a timely fashion and great Communication.

Professional staff that I truly appreciate, plus their work is always explained of what is needed done and explained what was all done and when to get things check again 💯 %

Set appointment up, they were ready and less than an hour later my car was ready. Tires running very smooth.

Good size waiting area for those who want to stay and wait. They also have free WIFI. Clean store. Check them out, they will take care of you!

I've been a Tire Barn customer since they were located on Highschool Road.
Never disappointed in customer service and support. Very competitive prices and value. I had a problem that my wheel lock key was broken , no problem for them they had all locks off and lugs on in 20 minutes. They are definitely my go to place for all my wheel and tire needs and tire repair.

First, they're open on Sunday! I visited several used tire stores and other chains to learn they were closed or didn't have my tires in stock. Jeff was fantastic! He made me feel at ease and like my business was important as well as my time. The whole process took about 30 minutes! Highly recommend!! 5 stars!

Tire Barn has always been my “go-to” for all tire work since my first car in the 90’s. The crew at the Avon location continues to prove why I don’t even shop the competition…even when driving from downtown. A+ service! Well-done!
