I made my purchase on-line so I will review that process first. It was super easy with my already established account. Delivery was so quick!! Product arrived with only minimal damage to the box only. I needed to return the item. The process was so easy. All I had to do was start a return on my account and return it to the store. They scanned it when I arrived and instant refund! Great place to purchase tech stuff!

I had a bit of an extraordinary issue in applying for the Best Buy card. I had frozen all my credit accounts and simply forgot before applying for the Best Buy card. The sales team worked with me on a workaround at the time of purchase. 2 weeks later, the manager and a customer service representative spent a considerable amount of time putting the items on our new card and refunding three cards I had to use weeks earlier. Sorry folks, but you got things done for me, so the purchases happened before Christmas. From the folks that greet you at the door to the sales team, customer service, the manager, shipping and phone customer service, you can't go wrong at this store. If they can work through my ton of issues, they'll be able to handle yours. Hopefully, you don't have any. Mine were on me, and they still got it done.

I bought a multi function printer specifically to send faxed. I found that although the model I bought had a phone jack, it could not send faxed. Best buy exchanged it for me for the model that can send faxed. This was all done in one day because Best Buy has local inventory in their stores. Thank you Best Buy!!!

Have had 3 total deliveries of kit hen appliances and one of washer and dryer. I had bad experience with deleivery and set up of washer and dryer but all others were great. And manager at time of my bad experience made it very right and was great.

They only had one left in the city before Christmas! Went to pick it up for my daughter in law for my son. 😚🤗 Thank you!

Still one of my favorite Best Buys around. Clean, helpful yet tactful staff, always had at least 1 of everything, it's a pretty decent store. I always enjoy going in and poking around. The geek squad are really helpful as well and always know the answer to almost every tech related question.

I went in on cyber Monday to get a computer for my daughter who is in college at IU. I knew she wanted a Dell computer and John helped me pick the right one. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I am really glad that I went in to talk to him before I bought a computer. He also gave me tips on which Microsoft office product would be the best for my daughter. I would highly recommend Best Buy.

We came to Best Buy for a television and ran into troubles paying with gift cards. Allen at the Avon store was so kind and patient with us. He continued to help us and made our experience enjoyable and never became impatient.

Very good experience. Ordered online. Only had to pull up into a parking spot. Let them know I was there. They brought my product out. Very simple and easy

My place for all the tech I own and the staff are very friendly and professional. They always gives you honest advice to get the tech that best meets your needs

The sales guy didn't seem as knowledgeable, but luckily the Geek Squad guys were super helpful in my teenager's quest to buy his own gaming PC. I was glad we went on a night when they weren't busy, so they offered to help even though we didn't pay for GS service. Thanks!

Best buy has always been my choice for computer hardware throughout the years. They have courteous and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes you can find really good deals on stuff your looking for. I got an awesome Targus laptop backpack for only $14, I couldn't believe that price. It's always cool to checkout all the awesome gaming and streaming devices they have. Can't go wrong with Best buy!!!

After days getting nowhere with Amazon customer service decided to cancel my order of PC parts and buy them from here instead. My order was stuck saying waiting to be prepared today so i waited till later in the day. It got to be near closing when a lovely woman named Brittany did everything she could to help me. She worked her magic and got my order in 10 minutes before the deadline. Would highly recommend this best buy and Brittany you are awesome.
