I come here in the mornings nice atmosphere. quick and easy to use machines! Young lady in the morning is very helpful! Overall very nice place to get your laundry done. 😀

Clean and convenient with an ATM on-site. No card payment at this location. I was very happy with my experience

First time here nice employee came in the mid afternoon not busy at all almost all machines were open! nice and peaceful will definitely be coming back only complaint is they don’t use card readers for machines

The cleanest laundry Matt! Delanie, is the absolute sweetest! She greets everyone. She’s always doin something around there to make sure it’s clean and ready for any one.

This is one of the best laundromat places I have been to. The staff is polite and professional. The machines are new with affordable pricing and the atmosphere is very peaceful and calm. I highly recommend this laundromat for anyone who wants a comfortable and clean place to do laundry.

Used to use a laundromat down the street but had to switch because the machines were constantly broken😡 . Switched to Gateway laundromat, this place has newer machines that actually work, image that, Plus the place is clean. Attendant is awesome and very helpful. Definitely found my new place to do laundry 👍👍👍 three thumbs up

Highly recommend this laundromat! I love how they have a fluff and fold service, saves me a lot of time. Place is clean and has some TV to watch also which is nice.

I like that they have big machines . I would recommend the one next to the snack machine. As an older person on a fixed income it help me save money when I can use a large machine to do multiple loads at once verses using multiple machines and spending lots of money .

It's clean and reasonably priced but the attendant they used to have was really rude and didn't pay any attention it's a nice place that I enjoy going now that they hired someone else to replace her try them out the machines are kept clean also

Their Laundry service clean s excellent, very professional and clean.
The facility is well maintained and staffed. They have full surveillance. So for those that don't like to be watched... But it is my understanding they don't feed the video to any service or gov.

get place to do laundry.. cheapest Fluff n Folds around.. Its $1.40lbs and its only a 7 pound minimum to start.. insanely fast...extremely well done washing... in my opinion best Laundromat around... great staff great costumer service...

I wanted to get a diaper service for my daughter as a gift. I live in Pennsylvania, and found Gateway Laundromat online & they service the Eugene Oregon area where my dght lives.
Evan was super helpful helping me set up the diaper service , so that I get billed each month rather than my daughter. He also helped answer all my questions about the clips & covers needed.
Gateway Diaper service is Awesome! They brought a bin with the clean diapers prior to the baby’s birth, then every Wednesday they pick up the dirty diapers and leave fresh clean ones on the front porch.
We had to stop the service for a few weeks & have it restarted because of being away - This went very smoothly Thanks to Evan.
The disposable diapers we had to use when we were out of town were more pricier , they made SO MUCH garbage it shocked me. The cloth was more gentle on the babies behind. People have a tendency to get lazy & leave the disposables on longer as with cloth you change them more often.
Eugene Oregon and the surrounding area is super lucky to have Gateway Diaper Service.
More parents need to give cloth diapers a try & not be intimated by them. My daughter & her husband are super happy with the cloth diapers, and like them way more than the disposables.

Decent laundromat, attendant was pretty helpful last time I needed some assistance and the place was clean. I’m considering using their fluff n’ fold services for my business’s linens and I’ll report back on my experience if I do.

We have been coming to this laundry is and on for about 8 years. It is under new management and I am impressed with the upgrades. Lots of new large capacity washers and the dryers are great and hot and fast to dry. Definitely recommend doing in of you need laundry services.

This is a good place to do your laundry!! I went here and it was pretty busy, but there were still a few machines open for me to get going with. It is a little cramped in here, especially when it's busy. The employee was nonstop working, cleaning, and doing things around the building, instead of just sitting on her butt like most laundry attendants that I've seen do.. she was very helpful, and friendly.. machines worked great!!

Their laundry service is top notch! Done by experienced people with quality results. Everything I've had cleaned by them comes back smelling amazing. Stains that I couldn't get out for years were washed away after they took it on. Great prices, lovely people. Would highly suggest for your laundry needs!

It was clean, not packed and decent machines that work well and overall pretty cheap for a laundry mat. I used a 4 load washer for $5 super cycle and split into 3 dryers for 36 minutes each was $1.25 each and everything was dry. Less than $9 to do 4 loads all the way through. Not bad in my opinion. I recommend gateway laundry.

The sweet lady that works there is always kind to me and my son, and I get all my laundry done in what it would take to do one load anywhere else..

New owners now, still great tho. Alot of upgrades that are nice, more seating for waiting, a big tv, and a attendant, she was really nice too, over all, i am still happy with gateway laundry..

I love this place. Clean, security cameras, well lit and machines that actually work properly or are marked accordingly as out of order. And the quad loader is only $5! Most of the other places I go are way more expensive!
