Indianapolis - East BMV Branch

I am so thrilled with this location! It's so easy to get in & out of the parking lot. The staff was really friendly. They have helpers at the self-service kiosks, so you don't feel lost if you aren't sure what to do. I had a wait time of exactly 1 min. Before they called my number.

Everyone was kind, courteous and it ran like a well-oiled machine. I had set up an appointment ahead of arriving, so that really helped with any wait time. Recently moved to the area, so had my address amended on my license, registration and was registered to vote locally! In and out in less than 15 min. 🤙

This BMV branch is very clean, roomie and most of all fast and efficient. The employees are very friendly and help when needed. Over all I would say one of the best branches I've been to thus far.

Make sure to make an appointment and you'll be in and out in no time! Staff was kind and on top of things.

I love this branch. They provide great service to Indiana residents. Wait time is no more than 5 mins because they have a lot of stations. Sometimes your number is being called as soon as the ticket comes out the ticketing machine.

Everyone here was incredibly helpful with our convoluted ask today. They were patient and worked with us to figure out what we needed and make sure we could get everything done in one trip. Very grateful to the whole team here!

Place was very busy but staff was friendly and quick on service getting people thru

I visited the East Indy BMV office today with my 96 year old father. He needed to get a State ID to replace his recently expired Drivers License.
The staff were so considerate and kind. Thank you for taking your time and patience with us.

There was an extremely long line when I got here but it went quickly. Some of the staff members were very friendly. It was a pleasant experience for a BMV visit.

I was able to renew my driver's license at the kiosk which was awesome because it was allot of people there. I was in and out in 10mins

Great Service .. In and Out! Tuesdays & Saturdays are the busiest days .. They still keep it moving.. Patience is a Virtue

I did not go in but momma did an said they were nice an fast she was not in there long

Staff is professional, location is new and larger than other location. My only issue is there’s no sign at the old location to advise that they’ve moved.

I had an amazing experience working with Kennedy the assistant manager. I hope she can be recognized and promoted. She went above and beyond for my timely and stressful transaction. She made it urgent and was efficient in her work. I’m so grateful to have the help and support I needed. The branch seems like a great branch and they know what they’re doing. Thank you!!

Wow, this place is Efficient! They have a very no-nonsense system that seems to work.
