Big Lots

Always good customer service every single time. This store is well managed and clean. I always find what I'm looking for at the best price. I buy these Red Bird peppermints every Christmas. They are the best and the Big Lots price is less than half than other stores. Thanks Big Lots for offering products and value in my neighborhood!

Store is well stocked and the clerks are helpful and professional.

Very nice set up. Exciting new garden and lawn stuff displayed nicely for spring. Went in looking for a runner rug and the employee saved me time and showed me where it was and helped me get it from the top shelf. The cashier let me know his name and made sure I was satisfied.

This place really surprised me considering it’s location and some of the supply issues we have on the East side. Well stocked, had all kinds of good deals. Pretty clean inside as well. Cashier was very nice, and more professional than I would expect for just a Big Lots.

I always enjoy shopping here. Store is clean and organized. I love looking for the stuff you don't find anywhere else and at great prices. This is a pretty big store with ever changing merchandise if you like saving money this is a great place to do it.

already did, Store was clean, the staff was professional and even though we waited over a
half hour to cash out because of a Black out. Everyone stayed calm, cool

I love Big Lots! This one was very well organized and had plenty of stock to choose from. I was college shopping for my daughter and we found nearly everything we we looking for.

They always have neat things to look at. Wasn't shopping for anything in particular this time. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Went to this store in the middle of a Full Blown Chicken Little snow fall. This is a pretty new store and is well lit, clean and bright. I've traded here off and on ever since the store first opened. Pleasant staff, very good selection of goods. Prices are competitive with big box discount stores. Always find imported foodstuffs that you won't find elsewhere. Of course, inventory can be limited at times. But I like it.

I had never been to this Big Lot, but I saw the 20% off this Sunday only street signs and decided to walk in. The selection is awesome! From cleaning products to organic body stuff and food. They have furniture, too. When I have more time...I will revisit. Plus, checkout was fast and friendly.

This has been the greatest big lots store I’ve ever been to! Johnny is “Johnny on the spot” and i believe my cashiers name was tamika and she was just as pleasant! I had the craziest return order and they were nothing but nice and fun with me. Every other big lots i go to is nothing but rude. This big lots is the only one I’ll go to. All of their employees deserve a raise. Thank you Johnny & tamika for making me feel at home!

I love this place. All their cashier ladies are super nice every time I’m in. It’s clean and organized. I wish I could remember her name but the cashier who’s birthday is in March and is probably in her 20s is so nice. Kudos to their staff!

We like the male cashier. There is a certain man that followed us around the store but we noticed that other and I mean other customers he did not choose to follow. Yeap it happened and I have 2 witness. Big lots of all stores ok.

Tidy store and very helpful staff. While I was in the store, I was asked by different team members stocking shelves if I was finding what I wanted. It is nice to see customer service being provided again in any store.

Always love Big Lots.... mostly I like impulse shopping here... lots of little things under 20 bucks I get for Decor or get little snacks or whatever. It's fun to wander thru.
