Office Depot

Just had the best experience at this Office Depot! I came in looking for a new printer. Theo, the sales specialist I worked with, was very knowledgeable about the different printers I was considering. He answered all my questions, checked me out promptly, and carried the printer to my car!

Always a pleasure using the print and services counter at the Carmel/Westfield Office Depot. Associates are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can always find the office supply or service which I need. Will definitely continue to stop in, the store is in a convenient and well-maintained location.

Came in 15 minutes before close and was helped by Joel. He was respectful, upbeat and offered to help out with discounts. Clear communication and outstanding customer service! Will recommend to others thank you, Joel!

This store was renovated in the past month or so, and had the name changed to Office Depot. It's shocking how nice they could make an office supply store look inside. It's bright, clean, and easy to navigate. Staff were very friendly and were happy to help with whatever you may need.

Team is very kind! I printed both my save the dates and wedding invitations and they turned out great! Bob helped me both times and he is awesome! Very helpful.

My person who assisted me in learning how to scan and then email the document that was complicated and needed some formatting , Sarah was terrific and took the time for me and made it work for me.

I’ve gone to this Office Max plenty of times, but today I went in to print stuff off and the lines at self serve were long. A staff member, Bob, went out of his way to assist me to help me get my stuff printed. He explained what paper would be best and was so kind. People don’t have to go above and beyond but Bob did and it made my day!

It's not usually a good thing when you have to interact with the manager to make a simple online purchase/pick up. Due to some online technical issues, there were some problems processing a gift card. Store manager Josh and his team immediately went to work doing whatever they could to help me out. It took some time, but they were able to get all of my issues taken care of. Ordering things on Amazon is easy, but the personal touch and customer service to immediately make things right is definitely why I will continue shopping at this Office Depot.

Gene in Copy/Print was very nice, I felt like I was talking to a real person. A note for anyone else (maybe I'm the only one who thought this), they don't accept UPS drop off. Gene had directions on where the closest one was though, very helpful!

Faith at the Carmel store was fantastic. He was very patient as it took while to get the documents over and figure out the printing configuration. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and even got my last minute job completed early. I really appreciated his help and attention.
