Every time I have walked into this store I was greeted and assisted with very knowledgeable and experienced staff. When it comes to fly fishing everything you need they have! Such a beautiful store with a wide selection of products. Eric was attentive and helped me pick out my first pair of waders and boots, he went above and beyond and helped me spool up my first fly reel and gave me some tips and tricks when it comes to fishing. Without a doubt I will be coming in again!

10/10 experience. Great selection of products with quick ordering for the few they don’t have in stock. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help. Cheryl in particular was extremely helpful, running to the back to get a bag for my new jacket. I’m extremely impressed and will be back.

Great staff, welcomed us as soon as we walked in! Definition of good retail service, always there when you need them, but not on top of you while you're shopping. Found a great barbour jacket here, love the brands they carry!

Retured my brothers xmas gift fir a larger size, which wasn't in stock. Instead, they exchanged it for a better color and summer weight shirt that was almost $50 more, but gave me an even exchange. NO HASSLES at all! This store is the biggest orvis ive ever been to and selection is incredible. I bought a dog collar and leash while I was there, and tye quality is off tue hook! Smart can-do salespeople and great merchandise

Wonderful as always! Everyone so friendly and so willing to help, teach, assist, and all without pressure to buy something. They will show you what you are interested in, instruct you if need be, but ultimately they leave it to you for decision to buy or not. I love this store and the employees!

Best all-around fly-fishing store in Indy! My dog Lucky rates it 5 paws - great treats and always water in the dog bowls. Jason was very helpful with planning a fishing trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. Always a great selection on clothing and gear. I recommend highly.

I went to Orvis because I'm interested in learning to fly fish. I was promptly greeted by Jack, who taught me the basics in 5 mins on a practice rod. Jack then took the lesson outside with an actual rod and reel. I was absolutely amazed by the quality of customer service I received from Jack. Orvis is about 1.5 hours from where I live, but when I receive that level support I've got no problem making the drive! Thanks Jack!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The guys here are always willing to help you and your fly fishing experience. They have been helping me with tips and tricks for several months now. They offer schools and community fishing days.

Love their clothes, pricey but they generally last much longer than most brands.
