I went in early this morning for candle day and was greeted and helped by the best people! The customer service is amazing and I was able to use my 20% off coupon. Big shout out to Bailey, Kristin, and Liz. You went above and beyond.

The scents of fall are awesome! The staff at Clay Terrace works hard to welcome everyone and I feel valued even when I only am buying a few items.

This location is clean and has good selection. Sales people are always friendly and helpful. Especially during the busy holiday times, I always feel welcomed and at ease when shopping. One sales person seems worked there forever, I remember her awesome customer service whenever I visited. I moved away from the area but when I visited over the holidays, she is there and just how I remembered, very welcoming and always helpful. I think her name is Karen, and I highly recommended this location!

Went in for a few items and just happened to stumble into a crazy good sale. The store was packed but the environment was phenomenal!!!!! Associates were attentive but never pushy. They had no problem answering my questions. Kept it fully stocked. Amazing!!!!!

Clean and nice display for the products, even during the crazy holiday shopping season. Friendly and helpful manager. Wish I can pick up orders in the store for candles day because the website's virtual line system was a mess.

Love the sales this month in January 2024

The Clay Terrace store has been refreshed and updated making it brighter, fun, enjoyable to shop there. The staff is excellent! I had a small problem with some predicts that rang up incorrectly and didn't realize it until I got home. I popped back into the store later that evening with my receipt and it was resolved quickly with no issues, a very friendly and happy-to-help attitude. Karen was awesome!!!!

Karen was an amazing help at this location! I was able to find the best Mother’s Day gifts and even some treats for myself. They have really expanded their reach of products here. It shocked my friends and I! There are awesome deals to always be on the look out for, and make sure to get full sized things! Definitely worth the price, especially with the “Buy 3, get 3 free deal” that they always seem to be doing. They even somethings expand this deal to more “fancy” products.

Friendly and helpful manager & staff. Suggested good new smells for the body products and candles I never thought I'd like but ended up loving it.

Friendly staff, good sale going on. I wish the company would have better fragrances in their product line. The new stuff just has too much going on; too many fragrances mixed in and, to me, it just doesn't smell good. So I stick with the older fragrances.

The selection for Candle Day was the best I've seen. They also did a great job of limiting the number of people in the store at once. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Everytime I visit the Clay Terrace Bath & Body Works the staff is noticeably friendly and always has great recommendations for me. I appreciate it when stores have teams in place that are proactive and helpful without feeling pushy or like they’re just trying to sell you something. Great place, great products. Love the candles.

Love this store. Great foam pump soaps & fragrance. Wish we still had one in are area of Zionsville/Whitestone. Great staff. Very helpful & cheerful. Husband even enjoyed the shop.
