Recently purchased a bike from this store and had a small problem with one of the bolts (?) not being tightened all the way in the seat. I couldn’t fix it myself, but Blake from the bike department helped me right away. He was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for me from there on out. Thanks Blake!

Love this place, always a great selection updated often, clean, friendly staff. Of course it's pricing is a little higher but the quality is 10/10. I buy all of my active wear here and let me tell you I'd rather buy an 80$ pair of leggings than 35 from target. They are soft, wash well, are not see through, comfortable, and fit well(slim you down in the right places)

The staff here is so helpful! We stopped in on our way to a Colts game to pick up bags we could take into the stadium. When we couldn't find the bags on the floor two gentlemen looked all over the store and in back stock for the bags. They ultimately found them in a box just off the truck. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication to help us.

Overall a good experience , a little confusing layout. But lots of cool products to buy.

Great service - several staff members asked if I needed help as I shopped. I found what I was looking for and asked if they would meet their online price. With management support, they did! Always check online pricing!

Lee that works in shoes was the absolute best! So patient and kind. Was there with my 3 boys and he never once seemed frustrated or annoyed and we were running him all over. His mom should be proud she raised a good one!! He made our night!

Prices are a bit high, selection is very good, and the staff are exceptionally helpful.

I am a Door Dasher and accepted a shop at the Clay Terrace Store. I needed to find a specific duffel bag and an associate named Dave went to unbelievable lengths to find the needle in the haystack. As a former retail Mgr I recognize this as a true Guest Service professional that deserves to be recognized. I genuinely want to express my appreciation for Dave's efforts.

I was in the other day and loved my experience! Just wanted to share that I loved my experience with all of the workers and that zoe in specific made me feel so welcomed! Again zoe was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and I got just what I needed

Zoey and Mia scoured the store for the last XL of a specific color crew neck I was looking for. It was a gift to surprise my fiance who's been having a bad week. It was a small gesture that meant the world to me! Took great care of me!

Shoe department and management are always helpful and accommodating. Coupon days are always a plus.

My son lost his phone inside the store, or at least that's where we thought he lost it. We notified the staff and they put the ABP out for it and within 10 minutes the phone was found and returned to us. What a great team effort and goes to show that management is solid in this store!

Went inside looking for regular white Nike socks, originally said they were out of stock, just whatever was on the wall was what’s there. Worker went all the way to the register where I was about to check out and brought me some from the back. Great service, thanks!

I love the service that I've received in their bike department. Jordan Wallace has helped me numerous times. He's the consummate professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Because of Jordan I no longer get gouged by the specialty bike shoppes.

I have a very difficult time in finding a pair of shoes that fit because of my size 14 feet and 4E width. Dick's Sporting Goods was very helpful in selecting a pair of shoes from Dick's online and with free shipping to my house. The salesperson, Daniel, went above and beyond to help me find and order the right pair of shoes and saved me a lot money too.
