ScrubaDub Car Wash

I have to go to the Car wash anywhere between 1 to 4 times or 5 times a day for a company, And every time I've ever gone through everybody including the inside clerks, have been absolutely awesome almost family like. 1person in particular that seems to always stick out and go above and beyond not only for your customers but for your company.
South Portland store and his name is Matt g... Some people look at jobs as a pyramid. I do not I see a job as a job i deea job as how well you do it .

Matt g does a fantastic job and everybody's customer service their is an easy 10 🌟 But if a five is all, I can give than a 5. Is what You Get. :)

Scrub a dub in South Portland is great! I love the complimentary car trash bags etc. All of the attendants are great. Matt G always has a smile on his face whenever I see him there. The kids love to see the stuffed animals at the end. The Unlimited car wash is awesome!

I started an unlimited wash account in 2022 and it’s totally worth it. Especially when you have a white car and live in Maine. Matt G is an employee I see there often and he always greets me with a smile and a wave and gives my dog a treat! Highly recommend getting unlimited wash option!

My favorite car wash hands down! We go almost daily and the guys are always so polite and kind! My kid loves when Matt g works in South Portland, and gives him stickers.

I went through this car wash yesterday and the brushes damaged my side mirror on my Tacoma. When I went back for another wash ( you can go through twice in a row ) the attendant was very helpful and wrapped the mirror to protect it from water getting inside and the manager met me around the front afterwards to write an incident report. We were able to fix ( still have to have the dealer confirm this ) the mirror in the parking lot, and the manager still followed through with the report and told me to find out from my Toyota dealer if there is anything to repair and they will cover the cost. All is well that ends well and Matt was very professional and understanding of the situation. I’d go back again for sure, just be careful with your mirrors make sure they are pulled in all the way and check them after the wash.

I’ve used this car wash for about a year with a membership. It’s great, super easy to access, and the workers are always kind and happy. Obviously the car looks great afterwards, and it’s a quick and easy wash that I grab anytime I’m in the area. Matt G was particularly lovely today, and I thought he deserved a review. I like being able to get a service like this but ALSO leave with a smile. It’s the little things. 🤷🏼‍♀

I get my car washed here whenever I am near the mall! Matt G is always very nice and makes sure my car is sprayed off before sending my 🚗 into the wash! I really appreciate that he does that because other places are in such a hurry they don't bother. I feel he cares about doing a good job! 👍 Thank You
