Be prepared to wait! If you need to get them on the phone you might as well visit the store. I was told by the manager 2 techs are on leave and there is only one current tech to handle tire issues. I had an emergency and their rescheduling dates are 7-10 days out. I eventually got the tires and they are fine.

Can’t get anybody on the phone. They just put you on hold until it hangs up. Terrible communication.

There should be an option to give no stars because that’s what this place deserves. I’m standing and waiting at the counter yet again. No one is sight!
