Lynn's Furniture & Mattress

After a very bad experience at the Ashley's homestore in the same strip mall I came here to look for a new chair for my bad back while at my desk. I was so thankful when the staff actually let me browse in peace instead of hanging over my shoulder like the other store! This is not to say they were ignoring me either they just respected my answer when I said I was just browsing and ensured me that if I has any questions they would be available. They were so nice I ended up buying a chair from them and they were great as they walked through the features to ensure I was aware what I was buying. It showed they really cared that I was informed and not that I was just a quick sale. Wonderful people!

I had gone to Ashley’s furniture but didn’t see what I was looking for. I was going to go back home but happened to see Lynn’s furniture and mattress. I thought what the heck, let me go in there and look around. I was greeted by a gentleman named Jared. He introduced himself and the guy he was training. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me a wall entertainment unit. It was exactly what I was looking for. I told him I had to think about it. I went to a couple other stores to compare price and compare wall units. I didn’t like what I saw at other stores so I went back to Lynn’s and met Jared again. This time I did my homework and saw Lynn’s website and saw that the unit I was looking at was actually less expensive than what Jared told me.
Jared sold it to me for that exact price. He was very helpful and professional

Came in looking for a mattress and bed frame and Diane was very helpful and informative and so nice. Answered any questions we had. We had came over from Ashley's where they were being very pushy and here at Lynn's they aren't like that. Everyone else that helped the day we came back in Diane ended up being off Kathy was very helpful and the other 2 gentleman. This place is great I'm so glad we stopped in here. Will definitely be back if we need any other kind of furniture or will recommend them to people.

Bruce was super helpful and not pushy at all. We still had other stores to view what we were looking for but went back to Lynn's as their price was the best, even with the warranty and delivery. Super excited to get our new recliner!

Today I had an excellent experience with Kathy( manager). There were some previous hiccups, but she handled it with professionalism. She was able to get some issues I had resolved in a timely manner. She was kind, compassionate, and understanding of the situation. She absolutely was wonderful to work with, and she stood behind her product. I would buy from here again because of this store manager! Thank you, Kathy.

I really liked Lynn's furniture store. Not only was the Floorplan open and nice but the employees were great! Scott Lynn who is the owner was very nice. And Jared helped me with finding our first dining room table set! I'm so excited!

My husband and I were shopping for a sofa, in a color other than gray. We went to 6 different furniture stores and nothing caught our attention.
We had no idea Lynn's even existed. We were shopping in the area and figured we'd stop in.
Diane greated us and gave us our space to look around. We actually found the exact color of sofa we wanted and it was priced with a chair included. The price was right for us and it was made in the USA.
That's a bonus nowadays. Diane was amazing. She was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable through the whole transaction. We couldn't have asked for a better sales representative. It's such a friendly place. I will definitely be back if I need something in the future and I'll refer anyone asking me if I know of a good furniture store.

Kathy is an amazing salesman and she really knows her product! Highly advise to ask for her. If you need something specific and it’s not in the store- she can show you options through the catalog or online 😊

The salesman, Bruce was patient and kind and negotiated with me. I would have had to go on down the road. They accepted a 90 day layaway vs. their normal 60 days. I love the many options and they have and also have some higher quality furniture

I will start with I have never been into the store, honestly did not know it was there. I left the nearby Ashley store where I normally shop and noticed the Lynn store. I went in not knowing what to expect. I was greeted and taken care of by Kathy. She helped me find something within my budget that I was very happy with. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made me feel at ease with my purchase. Glad I stumbled upon the store, but even more greatful we had Kathy to help us out.

When I walked through the door, I was greeted by a very nice sales associate Jared. He asked me what I was interested in, and I told him what I was looking for. He was so helpful he gave me many options to choose from. I felt like he new me and treated me with respect. Thank you Jared! I will be returning to this store and will purchase more items. I visited Lynn's Furniture and Mattress store in Highland. I was very pleased with the selection and the appearance of their showroom. I purchased the perfect couch and loveseat for our livingroom. The associate named Kathy, was personable and knowledgeable. She provided answers to all my questions. The quality was to my satisfaction. I recommend this store.

We were looking for a sofa in a particular price range that was in stock and looked similar to our existing lounge chairs. Tha second sofa Jarred showed us fit the bill. It actually was a perfect match. Jarred was friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend Lynn’s furniture. Ask for Jarred!

I really liked the fact that I wasn't pressured into anything. Bruce was great to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me room to breathe and shop. Will be going back whenever I make another furniture purchase.

We have been thinking about buying a new sofa and stopped in at Lynn’s Furniture while doing some shopping. The staff were friendly, professional and not real pushy. I found the perfect piece for my living room almost immediately! Lynn’s has products to suit a variety of needs. I have a small house and most of the furniture we looked at in other stores was just too large. Lynn’s has items in a variety of sizes and scales. The prices are very competitive and the customer service is wonderful.

Jared is amazing, came in looking for living room set and he was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He was not pushy at all unlike other furniture places, he made shopping for furniture so easy going and fun. Go see him for all your furniture needs.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful; she took the time to explain the features/fabrics of each sofa and recliner. I felt I could make a fully informed decision. The quality of the furniture was top notch.
