Walmart Supercenter

The bakery done an outstanding job on my daughter's birthday cake. I went in with a picture from my phone showing them what we wanted and they had no problems accommodating our request. Very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back. Many many thanks to the wonderful bakery associates at the Portage location. 💕💟

I loved this Walmart. It was clean and well stocked. Every employee I engaged with was kind and courteous especially Sharron, the Walmart greeter. The entire Portage community seemed that way too. This Walmart is a great example for other Walmarts. Sam Walton would be proud.

They had troli gummies shaped like rabbits!!!!! And little tiny jars of nutella. Is was a lil disorganized but they have a lot of good stuff to find!!

The store setup was nice and it felt like a high-end department store. The store was clean and the checkout was fast.

I go to Walmat maybe once or twice per month. This time I was shocked to see their meat prices are higher than Jewel and occasionally than Stracks. Walmart has been part of keeping inflation low for the past 15 years. Don't give up while others cave. You are the BULL IN THE CHINA SHOP.

I love Walmart bc it's so convenient if I need just one thing I can go their and I know they'll have it and I come out of the store with more than what I wanted as well lol

It was super easy too get everything I needed and the employees were very helpful.

I'm always in the store! On average spending 💰 hundreds monthly. What keeps me coming back are the clearance deals like this one! Currently on my radar 😁
Deals like this are actually harder to find than most! Stay chipper!

Greeter (John) was as polite as you can be. He decisively told me exactly where my items were located and due to this, I was in and out in 5 minutes! It was an amazing visit!

MR. DONTE SAVED ME! I wanted to get a shop guy to check my battery. Due to covid they open at 12noon and it was only 830am. So since that wasn't possible I asked Mr. Donte if he was familiar with jump boxes he said yes with out any specifics. He lead me to a middle isle display near automotive. He let me know that they were on sale an he looked over the product with me. He then noticed the item was 50% off. He also took one to buy for himself. What was listed to be 40.00 was 21.00. I took 2 of them. They actually rang up 19.00. What Mr.Donte didn't know is that I had my 2nd phone on video in my van because I knew the battery may not restart so turning the van off was not an option.
The rescue: My next stop was breakfast. I turned my van off at the fast food restaurant for take out. I turned the van off. The battery did not have anymore power to crank. I hooked the jump box up up and my engine was running in less than 3 mins and I have heat keeping me warm. Walmart please do something for Donte. Pizza party or a free lunch just let him know I didnt need 2 jump boxes but because he helped me right to it and was very pleasant he deserves a token of appreciation. Thank you.

I go to this Walmart alot for a quick lunch! The food is always great and the customer service is very good!

I took my vehicle in today for new tires. Customer service employee was so nice. It was a pleasant experience to come across positive, professional beautiful hearted people. I recommend this auto shop.

The new renovations are sick! I've seen a disgusting number of middle-aged and elderly individuals losing their minds over the new organization, but personally I think the new system is much better and I'm very excited to see the last of the changes before the reopening. Special shout out to all the new self-checkouts, I've always preferred them and previously there were only a few for the entire store.

I just wish that the great value items stayed in stock more often.

In particular, the great value mini muffins are vastly superior to other mini muffin brands and I'd say one out of three visits they're out of stock.

Now if only Walmart could go back to being 24 hours... 😂
