They have great selection. Thy usually have enough cashiers open when you have too many things to use self check out.

Had my oil changed here, after making appointment online. Nearly half the cost of many places. Was able to pick up some needed items while I waited.
I am new to the area and usually do pickup only at Walmarts. I understand this location was recently renovated and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the store.

Very clean bathrooms, which was why I went in. Lori K Bath display had an EXCELLENT sales person Kyla Brown. Told me everything I needed to know and represented the family owned business very well. Good choice Walmart.

Typical Walmart on the smaller side but had a good selection. Generally clean and organized. Used the pharmacy for the first time and was in and out. Only paid $5 for my rx without insurance. Good prices. I accidentally dropped my picture frame after I bought it and it shattered, and the cashier at the self scan gave me zero hassle to go grab another.

The vision center employees were very kind and patient. They adjusted my glasses 3 times to get it right. Very happy with the professional service.

It was a beautiful day outside, soy boyfriend and I sat outside. We got our order right away. He tried the Cookies and Cream Cold Brew ☕ It was amazing, and I tried the Rose Vanilla Shakeup ☕ I recommend both of these.

Despite the hectic atmosphere of the day after Christmas, staff members were amiable and efficient and by and large the mass of customers was in good spirits, too!

Wow! Everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful. This is the cleanest Walmart location in Northwest indiana. Happy people in Merrillville, love it!

Staff was very friendly and helpful when i had questions about a coupon. They were even willing to help me put my things in my cart. I was buying a mass quantity of powerade because it was on sale and are essential for me because i work outside for a living.

Got to see the police gnab a shoplifter at the exit. The associates (especially the scrubber driver) were friendly and nice to talk to.

It's Walmart, always something to find. Do your research online to find better deals. You will spread the news about your joyful shopping.

Everything is easy to find, the employees are super friendly and quick to help answer any questions or problems one may have. This is probably my favorite Walmart out of the 10+ that I've been to all across the U.S.!!

Fair prices 👌, but there are a few cray 😜 cray peeps that seem to gravitate to that 😜 store 😜

My grandson played there he's with the School of Rock they teach a wonderful class the kids are precious very talented and the instructor is awesome. The food is good too along with drinks.

Walmart was as it always is...crowded! I did find everything that I went in there for. A new yoga mat and some treats to share! I ended up doing self checkout which went pretty quickly! They have automatic entrances and the floors are marked for social distancing! As much as I don't like going there it was a quick and simple visit...maybe bcuz they were getting ready to close

Smaller than I am used to. Very clean and had what i was after. If Walmart don't have it you don't need it.
