AT&T Store

I was with my family switching over from Verizon and Nicole and Kay helped me and my family out. We got a few lines and also I got a chance to get the new iPhone 15 plus. Debra who was in training was very helpful as well and she help me set up my phone. They took time with my family and didn’t rush even though it was pretty busy. We went to go eat and came back and phones was done transferring! Thank you for giving my family a better experience.

The Valparaiso ATT location is terrific. My family and I originally went in to upgrade our phones but the manager Nicole was able lower our phone as well. She took her time and helped us for the 1 hour we were there. Customer service done correct!

I went into the store to trade in my old phone. The store rep was willing and ready to help me as I entered. He told me my options and took care of the trade in. The whole experience was good.

I came to the Valparaiso Store this afternoon, and received immediate assistance from Maximillian, he was polite and patient even though there was a language barrier between us he took the time to try and understand my issue with my SIM card that was giving me trouble the past few days that the Laporte store wasn't able to help with. I am satisfied with the service that was given to me and will most likely return the next time I need assistance

I had an outdated plan and device, they helped me get updated and will save a few bucks every month. I will only deal with this location!

My phone has been very broken for about a year, and I finally managed to make it into this store today to get a replacement. The store’s associate Clinton helped me and was extremely patient and provided excellent customer service. This store doesn’t deserve all of its negative reviews, it’s clear that they have improved greatly on their customer service and I will be recommending this store. Thanks Clinton!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about why my phone was acting up. He checked for bad apps and said I didn't have any. The problem was because 97% of my storage was used dye to 6,000 photos. I just needed to delete a bunch and save the others to a card.

I was just in the Valpo store and I was so happy with my experience. Clinton helped my husband and I transfer our numbers from Verizon to AT&T. He answered all my questions explained the process and told us all the information of the process as it happened. Clinton was top notch and probably the nicest person in a customer service position! I am not even a complete AT&T customer yet but he makes me excited. I hope everyone in the company is as kind and understanding as him. It was refreshing to work with someone who knows so much about his job, and doesn’t expect the customer to know everything also. He didn’t make me feel dumb or belittle us at all. Very good at his job. I could go on and on about him! Superb! Thanks Clinton!

The employees at AT&T in Valpo were very diligent in helping our German Exchange student figure out how to get a working cellphone plan here in the U.S. Clinton J., in particular, went above and beyond! He is a stellar employee who truly provides excellent customer service! Thank you very much!
