The Vitamin Shoppe

My wife and I have been in the store a few times since it opened. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products. The store was clean and very well organized. It was easy to find exactly what we were looking for. The products seem to be much better quality than the other supplement store over on 30, and the staff was much friendlier.. They will have my continued business.

Very nice and maintained store. The two employees were more then helpful finding a specific protien with digestive enzymes, not a easy task and it took about 2 mins to find it, out of their entire protien line. Impressed me. Next task was a non stim based pre workout which took about 3ish mins. This was my first experience at this store. Big thanks to the employees!

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The store has a huge variety of products ranging from sports nutrition, vitamins, and greens powders. 5/5

Britni, goes above and beyond for the customers. I went in to find a protein supplement to fit my allergy needs. Britni took the time to listen to all my concerns and help me pick what was best. I definitely recommend going into the store!

Decent product line. My issue is they don’t open until 10am every day. My day is half over. Not to mention they are directly next door to a gym. I’d rather give my business to a local store. Maybe an 8am open wouldn’t be too unreasonable? Lastly their product knowledge was lacking. She even asked me how much caffeine was in the protien powder on their shelf. Now I’m not against hiring people new to supplements but there were three girls there and not one could clearly answer the questions I had.

Google page and their website said they were open until 6pm on Sunday. Came slightly after 5 and they were closed. Wasted my time and gas because they can't update their page.

I usually shop at other places but decided to check out Vitamin Shoppe. Love their space and location but their customer service was horrible. They did not really show me where things were they just pointed and did not know much about the products. It just seemed like a grocery store where I was supposed to know what I was looking for but I am sorta newer to the supplement industry and did not know what I was looking for exactly. Where as at another store here in town GNC which I have visited a few times they know everything they are talking about and every time I go in there help me with all my needs.
