I LOVE TARGET! I love everything about this store, from their cleanliness, the store set up, the products, the organization, the employees, the sales, their rewards program and Starbucks. I can enter Target on any given day with the intent of purchasing one item and five hours later I’ll ring out with forty items. 🤣. PLEASE put a Ulta Beauty at our Target in Valparaiso, IN and then our store will be beyond perfect. Keep up the phenomenal work , your customers are loyal and we love you! 😍

Target is by far one of the best retailers around. The app is one other retailers should reference for tips. Returns are never an issue and the customer service at the Valpo location has always been super helpful. I can pick up an order, return an item, AND have a Starbucks - never leaving the comfort of my car!

I had the worst day and I stopped by Starbucks to cheer myself up. A young man, tall with dark hair (seemed like a manager) was very kind to a person sitting next to me. The person seemed to be house-less, or at the very least, also having a bad day. The young man pointed out a charging station for him. I think he got him a drink as well. When the manager made my drink, he gave me a great recommendation. Made my day better! Cherish your kind employees.

All employees kept busy. There were long lines, but I didn't see even one employee not actively doing their job.

Love the store, but I will stop going if they do not open up more cash registers. You wait in line for 15-20 minutes, which is ridiculous!!

Great overall shopping experience with Target in Valparaiso Indiana and I would definitely recommend shopping there to anyone. Customer service was excellent and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

Found what needed I was in and out in 30 minutes lines wasn’t bad at check out taking it’s the season I figured be crazy but wasn’t bad

Yesterday this store was jam packed and very busy! I went for several items. My cashier was so nice, I didn't get her name because it was so busy and the lines were very full and yes, cash registers were open! Thank you target for giving such a great experience with a great team of people 👍

Ashley was so helpful when trying to find an item. She was so nice and courteous the whole time. She made my target experience awesome!

Shania saw customer service was busy scanning things and she waved me over to her register to I could get help. She was friendly, respectful, and thanked me repeatedly for being a customer. It's nice that your team helps each other out when someone is busy with another task. Thank you for hiring such a great employee!

this store is always organized. Employees nearby that are filling shelves or attentive to their department. TARGET Good & Gather brand continues to expand. It's also helpful to have Vision Department and Pharmacy Department in the same building. Be sure to register for Target Circle Rewards. Use your mobile number to register. By entering that number each time on the keypad you buy at TARGET you have a growing savings account. It's 1% of your purchases. It grows quickly. Now to look forward to Target to allowing rewards circle members to have access to all Red Circle offers by simply using mobile number. Presently you have to use the TARGET app or go onto website to add your Circle coupons and Circle special offers. It should be automatic. Wait to see how Target updates their TARGET Circle Rewards membership.

Clean and well stocked. Drive up and pick up service in Valparaiso Indiana store was definitely on point. I had the most well mannered, respectful and patient young man help put my things into my trunk. Even while it was snow storming!

I came in with my family last night and had a really negative/uncomfortable experience checking out. I’ve never written a negative review but I felt as though this deserved one. I will keep going back to Target, but here’s my moment of being a “Karen”. When we went, Target was not packed at all, in fact it was pretty empty and we checked out around 7:30pm. The cashier seemed bothered and annoyed to be serving us. He was incredibly rude and lacked any customer service skills. He slammed a divider in between my stuff and my parent’s order. However I will say most of the employees are awesome, it was this particular cashier that I had a problem with. That’s why I still give Target five stars.

I was there with my 2 year old son. He had peed through his clothes. I could not take my cart with my purse. Matthew the security was absolutely amazing. I asked him if he would mind. He was absolutely amazing. He watched my cart. He was so sweet and did not leave my cart until I came back. Best associate ever.

Awesome service. The woman who brought my order out, I could see her pushing the cart out the door before I even parked the car! We didn't wait at all. I wish this store had cold goods for sale to for pickup. We went to walmart for a scheduled pickup after we left target for our perishables and we waited over an hour in the parking lot. I know everyone is going through a hard time and working the best that they can but I feel target went above and beyond!!

i goed hear to trie and ryed a bicycle but the only bisickle was brite pynk and reely neon so i taked it and tryed to byke reely fast all arownd the stoer but one of the workers tryed to stawp me and i krashed and fell into the bawt um of the flur and i krashed really fast really bad and i almost got hurted but luckyfomee there was a little kid there and he saved me by making sure that i didn’t hit the floor becawse instead i hitted him and he was the one who got hurted. 🙂
