Zama Massage Therapeutic Spa

My partner and I celebrated my birthday with a fantastic 2-hour couples massage featuring cupping and cocoa butter, expertly provided by Meg and Lisa. Although we initially faced some scheduling issues, the experience turned out to be incredibly rewarding.

Meg and Lisa welcomed us warmly, creating a relaxing atmosphere that immediately set a wonderful tone for the session. Their skillful massage, combined with the unique addition of cupping therapy, offered us profound relaxation and rejuvenation. The cocoa butter not only delighted our senses but also left our skin feeling exceptionally soft and nourished.

In short, our experience was nothing less than blissful. It was an unforgettable way to celebrate, making us glad we chose to book at Zama!

Had a date night with my Hubby. Booked the date night couples massage with Gareth and Scotty. They both were amazing and concentrated on our stress areas, shoulders, lower back. Gareth worked on my husbands shoulder that he has been having problems with. He now has more range of motion. Both were amazing. Checking in with us and making sure we were comfortable. The drinks and chocolates after in a private room was a great way to end the massages with. Everyone we encountered were super friendly and very professional. We will be back.

I am genuinely grateful for Sierra and Lisa. It was our first time getting a massage, and they made us feel incredibly comfortable and at ease, even with my initial insecurities. The massage experience was truly wonderful and peaceful. Sierra expertly addressed some pressure points that I had been dealing with. My partner also had an amazing experience with Lisa, who focused on her specific concerns. Whenever I find myself back in Oregon, we will definitely return. And to top it off, the champagne and chocolate provided were a delightful addition to the experience.

These folks are fantastic! Had a pamper day with my tribe of friends (4 of us-3 girls + 1 dude) we did it all, Massage, Facials & Foot soak. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. It was just what we needed. Very relaxing! Just what we were looking for!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Julie for an aesthetician session, and I must say, she is absolutely fantastic at what she does! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable in her serene and beautifully decorated space. Julie's attention to detail and expertise shone through as she carefully assessed my skin's needs and tailored the treatment accordingly.

Not only did Julie perform the treatment with skill and precision, but she also took the time to educate me on proper skincare practices and recommended products that would benefit my skin. Her gentle touch and calming demeanor made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.

Pilar was AMAZING! She’s actually the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She really made sure I felt comfortable and there wasn’t enough pressure in certain areas. She really made my self-care day very relaxing. The vibe was so nice too. Cute house and spacious rooms. Very relaxing as soon as you walk in. Front desk staff is very welcoming as well. Shelly I think she’s the front house manager was also so amazing. There were a few problems with charges on my card and Shelly made sure to go above and beyond to clear them up especially because this was my birthday vacation. She was very sympathetic and empathetic. The manager was also so amazing during this situation. I will definitely be coming back when I vacation in Portland. If you live here don’t sleep on this Gem 💎 it’s absolutely amazing

I received a facial (age defying) treatment from Julie today. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and pampered. I wish I were still there. She didn't rush me, she explained every step and updated the treatment to my skins needs. The front desk was so welcoming and helpful. They really made me feel special and relaxed. I will book more services at Zama.

I got set up for a massage last weekend. It was wonderful. The spa is beautiful and welcoming upon entry. My therapist Lilith listened to my ailments and worked on me exactly like I wantes providing me some good pain relief. She did a great job of finding my pain and being just strong enough. I look forward to seeing her again. Thank you!

From the moment you walk in you are acknowledged and feel welcomed. My massage with Sara was amazing and my facial was so relaxing. After I booked a package of massages to come back in the future. I suggest the CBD oil massage it was so soothing. Thank you so much for being so kind

Had a lovely first experience at Zama! The receptionist was warm and friendly and gave me a add on for my birthday which I wasn’t expecting! The couples massage was excellent, my partner had seirra and I had Jeremy. Jeremy was great! Perfect pressure, kind, commutative and catered the areas I needed with care. Will be returning!

Wife and I booked a couples massage in the Himalayan salt room for our anniversary. Such a romantic and relaxing experience start to finish. Highly recommend this place.

Our Masseuses were Sierra and Lisa. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job working out knots. At the end they gave us both advice for some problem areas which was extremely informative and spoke for the deep knowledge of their craft.

I was complete Jello after the massage and they took us to a private room to enjoy champagne and truffles. Seriously, wish I could add more stars.

I booked a massage for my parents to get a couples massage in the halo room & they enjoyed every minute of the massage. They said the massage therapists were friendly and gave a relaxing massage. I enjoyed my experience in booking a massage for them, the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to book myself a massage! 🩷😊

I had an incredible massage tonight with Meg S.! The salt room is absolutely beautiful and relaxing and the massage was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. She was very thorough and made sure the pressure was right, bed temp was right, had enough time to change, brought me water afterwards, all the things! Feeling super relaxed and will be back!

I had a customizable facial with Veronica and can’t begin to describe how wonderful it was. It included a foot massage and hand/arm/shoulder massage complete with hot towels. My skin feels hydrated and smooth. She recommended products that I know will help with the issues I’m trying to correct. I was visiting Portland (from Nevada), and am seriously considering trying to come every six months for a refresh. See her! You won’t be sorry.

I booked the Divine Spa Ritual package that included a massage, facial and foot treatment. Pilar was amazing for the massage. Highly recommend booking with her. Also, book your massage in the salt room! Very cool experience. The cocoa butter add on is worth it too. I also got to try the red light treatment which was a great experience. The facial and foot treatment were also wonderful. Overall, I’d highly recommend this spa.

Some things to note: it didn’t look handicapped accessible at all. Lots of stairs. There are not any soaking pools or saunas, etc. I didn’t get a receipt and I was charged some kind of extra small fee ($4 and change) which wasn’t the package or gratuity, but since I didn’t get a receipt I have no idea what the fee was for. I should have asked for one, but I also think it should just be automatically provided.

Lisa might be a legit magician. Her hands are magic, at least. She not only relieved the tension in my back and neck, she also healed my very sore elbow with her (mystical?) cups, all while I relaxed and let life’s stresses fade away.

Maybe she’s magic. Maybe her cups hold powers from another world. Or maybe she’s just really good at her job.

I had an amazing experience at Zama. My husband and I booked the Couples Retreat and we were very pampered. The staff was wonderful and each service provider was so attentive and healing. Our massages were out of this world! The salt cave was so unique!! I highly recommend Zama!!!

My hubby and I both have had great massages from here. No matter who I schedule with, the service is always wonderful. I especially like the hot stone massage this time of year.

Holy moly. What a wonderful spa experience this was. My friend and I did massages, facials, and foot treatments. What a treat! Everything was exceptional but the massage was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. I have a particularly troublesome shoulder and this was the best work I’ve had done on it.
