Great place for gassing up a vehicle and picking up a quick snack before heading out on Interstate 5. Helpful and very friendly staff, especially Ricardo(Paco) usually works at night. Listens to your needs and takes the time to show a person around whatever it is your purchasing and where it is available in the store. Thanks again for all your time and effort.

I am from Eugene, OR and I had my 86-year-old father figure roasting in my air-conditionless Honda on a very hot day (yesterday).
I purchased $10 in gas.
I wanted a fountain soda for George. We missed our I-5 northbound entrance (which is an unadvisable right out of the station. G dropped his drink. I drove around the block with him cursing. And when I went back into the station and explained what had occurred, God Bless the cashier, she believed me and it was exactly as I said.
He cooled off with a nice 7-up!

Young kid with Sideshow Bob hairstyle ripped me off for .95 cents, I counted out 5 dollars in quarters for the pumps and went to fuel. I was dismayed to find that the pump stopped at $4.05, I went back in to dispute this and he said I gave him 4 piles of quarters and one nickel! Definitely not the case. And he knew it because he asked the manager if there was a way to check the til right then.Gas is expensive enough and now I got Sideshow Bob jr taxing me on top of it. Aaaaaaaaaaahg!

Jackson’s Food Stores had to pay out $1m dollars recently because they told a black customer “we don’t serve black people”. The management ignored the lady’s complaint and they are still in denial despite the judgement. No right thinking person should support this company😡

To the district and regional managers..
plz hire employees with moral fiber and principles and ethics that align with your company standards and please for the love of whatever you appreciate in life carry plastic bags for you're non crack smoking customers to carry their purchases in if they are over $10, which is what you wish for, correct? To have bigger purchases?.

Apparently if you don’t park by the very front the employees will complain about having to walk over to the pump to actually serve you. I wonder if he would have harassed a male customer the same way?

The employees are very lazy and rude, that’s nothing compared to how bad Chris (the manager) is. He is horrible at customer service and is very inappropriate/rude. Never coming back to this store again!
