Absolutely helpful, and undeniably professional was Moto-Gurus and my salesman Tony. I searched far and wide for my specific car (2011 BMW 550i XDrive) and wherever I found one it almost seemed unreachable through the automated system. But THAT is not the case with Tony at Moto-Gurus. I had seen the vehicle online and called immediately, I was pleasantly surprised when a human voice picked up on the other end. Even though the distance I had to travel was great, after speaking with him on the phone, I knew it was a trip worth taking. I put a $1000 deposit down to hold the vehicle until my arrival and planned to come down in a couple days after the fact. During that time I requested pictures and numbers from Tony's personal cellphone (that he willing gave me) and he was quick to respond with clear pictures and insightful information. Upon my arrival, my beauty was sitting out front clean and pristine. Tony greeted me with a handshake and a warm smile. The test drive began and the car was everything and more than what I had been anticipating in my dreams. The exterior and interior were better than the pictures could show. Instantly I knew this was the car AND the dealership I wanted to do business with. We went inside their freshly painted showroom and got down to the paperwork. It was quick and painless, as anticipated after dealing with their upmost professionalism. After things were finished I drove off into the setting Indiana sun on my way home with not only a memory of great service but a trinket of dependability & excellence, not only from the BMW but the amazing dealership. If there was a rating above 5-Stars you best believe they would receive it.

I purchased a vehicle here was easy and painless. Vehicle had a few things wrong and was fixed before purchase. So far so good. Happy customer and would recommend them.

We looked all over for the car we wanted, and Crowell Auto Sales had it. The sales experience was great, and one of the owners went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. This dealership is run by reliable, honest people and is a great place to buy a car.

Jamie and Scott were very easy to work with. They came in on a day when the shop was closed so I could test drive a car since I live out of town. They are upfront, honest and never pushy. I would highly recommend them!

If you are looking for a painless and downright pleasant used car purchase experience this is the place for you! I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness! I was blown away that they not only opened doors for me, as I’m female, but they dealt with me as I was an equal! That’s truly a woman’s, rarely experienced, dream! I always dread buying big ticket items like cars and car repairs because of all the games you have to play to get a fair deal! Since I’m a female in my early fifties I’m usually a target for all of the slimy rip off artists out there. However, I have over 20 years experience in managing auto repair shops. I have it found it more helpful to not tell salespeople about my professional background because it’s more important to be treated as a human being and not as a resume’. I’ve seen every trick in the book so I am probably more skeptical than most. The lowest estimate doesn’t always mean the cheapest total price in the end and most certainly does not necessarily mean the best value for your money! Moto Gurus are so unlike the typical sales and service shops we’ve all experienced. It’s so refreshing to know you don’t have to worry about the fine print because everything is on the table! I honestly feel like they cared about me and my situation more than the profit they would make at the end! Tony spent so much time getting to know me and my situation so he could best access my needs! He worked really hard at finding all the available options while seeming happy to do so! There was no pressure just information to help me make the best decision for ME! In fact, to say he “sold” me a car is a gross injustice. He shared his experience, shared the information I needed and helped guide me to make my own decision! Scott’s honesty and integrity is unmatched in this business! You will never find a kinder soul! I’ve never been a haggler and I never will be! In my opinion, if I have to “fight” for a fair deal then I’m probably not dealing with the kind of organization that has my best interest in mind! I believe that fair people will charge fair prices. If I don’t feel the price is fair on my end I won’t complain I will just go somewhere else. What a tremendous blessing Moto-Gurus is to our community! I’ll never dread buying a used car again, as long as they are around! Thank you Scott, Tony and all the staff for turning an otherwise horrible situation into a pleasant one that left me feeling good about my purchase, your place and even myself! You guys totally rock!!

Please get into real estate and appliance sales so I'll never have to worry about buying those either! LOL
