Livingstone Beach Restaurant

A bar on the beach, what else to say? They usually have live music, it's a great view, the drinks are on the pricier side but they're decent!

We didn't eat here but had drinks on a few nights while we watched the sun go down. A beautiful place right on the sand, to watch a sunset and all the locals swim and play football.

Staff were brilliant. The security guard kept touts away and the bar staff were friendly. View was incredible.

Great food and cocktails right on the beach.
Staff really kind and friendly, including the italian owner, Raffaele.
It has been nice having a talk with him.
Live music in the evenings makes the place even more enjoyable.

Great view of the beach. Most professional rapid service we have received on Zanzibar. Food was delivered HOT! Constant checking to remove used dishes and to see if we needed anything else.

We had spring rolls and vegetable curry. Curry was spicy and hot. Both we very good. We would enjoy coming again.

A place with an amazing atmosphere and the best music. As the owner said "It's a jazzy place". Beautifully situated. They care for their guests in the best way. I highly recommend.

Was here for the first time in 2016 and had great memories of the place. Lovely location right on the beach. You can sit in the shade under the huge fig trees and watch the fishing boats come and go. Perfect to watch the sunset from here. Great cocktails and I was happy to see some nice alcohol free mocktail options too. Will be back!

A very nice place to sit and enjoy the sun while watching the beatiful ocean winds flows. Customer service is very superpub.

Brilliant place for a cold beer under a big almond tree at the beach.

An old time favorite and still is one of my favorite bars in Zanzibar. Very chilled out place with great live band music on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Very nice place to have a drink and listen to music - both life music (Friday to Sunday) and DJ were very good. Apart of being really good, music was also not to loud and annoying as in many places in Zanzibar. Would love to visit this place again. Had a fantastic evening there with a very nice company.
