I recommend the Mediterranean platter with a gin tonic for the sunset in this place.

Amazing place. You enjoy the cafe offering on sea side and go for beach at the same time. Wait for sunset. It was amazing. You may get bothered by many hawkers since they have maintained a rather porous boundary to beach. In the evening they move most table outside for customers to enjoy sunset. Fabulous place. And not very expensive! 5 stars.

Incredible location right on the beach, great atmosphere and time to enjoy delicious food. I highly recommend the Ceviche with some extra spicy peppers. I also went to the party on Thursday night - by far the best party in Nungwi!

Lovely food with Israeli taste. Babaganoush humus and other stuff. We enjoyed the Mediterranean plate with ceviche and tuna carpaccio. We had it for two times on different days. It is fresh. Nothing to worry about your stomach.)

I spent lot of time here during my holidays in Zanzibar. Place is really nice and located in a wonderful piece of beach. During the night you can find party once per week. Fruit Cocktails were my favorite.

Cool spot on the beach. The main nightlife place in Nungwi. Good vibe of local music, shooters amd cocktail happy hour, two for price of one. Worth passing by here if up north of Zanzibar, even to only sit and look at the ocean. Dj nites are Thurs to Sat.

Cholos bar and restaurant serves food from all over the globe, and they are mostly good at middle eastern food (thats what we had there - greek salad and sabih). The place is located on the beach of Nungwi village and has a very good atmosphere, pleasant service ( unlike most places in the area) and great fair prices.

The service, staff, food and activities at Cholos bar are all 5* we experienced a fantastic biggie tour of Nungwi and then had some beers and food while the sun set over the Indian Ocean with a bon fire.

Cool place. Great food. After trying many places in Nugwi for a week holiday and tried many places Cholos is definitely my favourite spot there. Juices, salads and fish make it worthy

There are very tasty dishes, you have a great choice. The service is pleasant and advises you. Clean environment. Popular among tourists.

Perfect spot - chill & lay down atmosphere

Highly recomend fish curry or fish kabatu with rice AND salad. 18 000 TZS.
Baraka restaurant is slightly cheaper but also a bit worse, mama mia is slightly more expensive but not noticeably better in sea food.

One of the best places to be in nungwe .Other activities dhow cruise, Fishing and Diving can be arranged by the manager .
Birthday parties ,staff parties and weddings and more .
