Loved this place. The food was great and the service was amazing at all times. The servers and hosters are super nice and helpful!
I ate the mango/shrimp/avocado salad and it was so good!!
Also had fish (red snapper) and a dessert at a different occasion!
Totally recommend!

Highly recommended to have great culinary times. With absolutely no hesitation and full confidence, I can tell that any pick from the menu is a win that will satisfy any gourmand’s picky taste.
All the waiters are very friendly and professional in dealing with customers. I served lunches and dinners for a full week and my usual waiter was Mr. Siwajibu (5 stars) - Excellent.

Great food. We had the tuna ceviche salad and the avocado mango salad. Yummy yummy!! Especially the latter one. I would go back just for that. As a main we took the blacked tuna steak and the lobster risotto. Both great with the first one being my favorite. View was beautiful and service very very good.

We stayed at the Beach Resort next door and on the first night we had dinner at the Fisherman's Grill. After that we didn't want to eat anywhere else and had dinner there for 4 nights in a row. The staff is super friendly and professional, the food is great and tasty and the place is cozy, right on the beach for romantic dinners and also has a bar inside with football games on if you're interested. The lobster risotto and prawn curry risotto were excellent.

Walked along the beach from our hotel and stopped for dinner here. We had the tuna Ceviche, grilled octopus, 400g grilled lobster and lobster risotto. The Ceviche dressing was nice and tangy, octopus was very tender, grilled lobster was tasty although the lobster on top of the risotto was slightly drier. The bed of vegetables with the grilled octopus and lobster had good variety and the chips were also nice and crispy! It's not the cheapest restaurant on the beach, but serving sizes are generous and the service is great.

It is an extraordinary place with very kind people in the staff.

We were served very quickly, especially for zanzibars standards. Before we got our meal we also were served very tasty bread which was warm with butter. Even when we didn't order it. I had chicken curry and my girlfriend had crab soup served in coconut. My food was very tasty in Indian style with nice tender chicken. And the crab soup was also nice with special spoon to fit into a coconut 🥥. Soup was maybe a bit bland for my taste (I like spicy stuff) but it was tasty. I don't recommend eating the crab arm because of the outer shell.

Bathroom is very tidy and pleasantl. Be advised if you are coming straight from the beach ⛱ that swimsuits are prohibited 🚫!

This place is absolutely amazing! High end cuisine, super professional and very friendly personal, great atmosphere overall. The tomatoes cream soup is a delight and the fried banana as well. We also had grilled tuna and red snapper and the dishes are not only tasty, but they also look like from the magazines. Thank you for having us and we'll see you soon, for sure!

Go here!!! Food was Bomb!!! The Mango, Avocado, shrimp salad was ta die for!!! Drinks was on point. Also try to the lobster bisque and lobster risotto and chicken fries. My bad for not taking photo it was that good!!! Service was absolutely perfect! The staff were so professional and made you feel like family! God bless you all!!!

If you want the best high-end food in Zanzibar, this is the place to go. Our server, Manyama, was amazing. He was extremely attentive and hospitable. The food looks like it jumped off of an artists canvas and tastes like only a combination of local fresh seafood and fruit can!

Nice location and great candlelight dinner experience, BUT make sure you’re not too hungry or in a rush because the service is really poor… everything runs pole pole!

Food was great (We had Mango/Avocado & Shrimp salad, Fried Calamari, Dorada and Chicken Tikka). Atmosphere was nice and as a surprise there were friendly and very well behaved cats to keep you company!

Service staff should improve english though.

Nice restaurant next to my hotel. The atmosphere was very good. The first day I had the fishcurry and it was really nice, it was served in small bowls but way to much as I couldnt finish it.
Second day I went for a salad and a soup. The soup was great, lemongrass lobster soup, spicy but yummy.

Was worth the trek to come here from Sandies. We recommend walking down the beach to get there from east or west nungwi rather than taking the back roads. It’s more scenic and less muddy if rain has fallen. It is a little on the pricier side but the food and atmosphere was great. We ordered 2 curries and they were both fantastic. We then had shisha in their little Swahili hut overlooking the beach and it was also good!

We had a fantastic dinner at Fisherman’s Seafood and Grill! The food was delicious - highly recommend the salad with mango, avocado and prawns, as well as grilled prawns and homemade coconut ice cream. Also great cocktails, wine and shisha. The service was top level - special thanks to Siwema for making the evening so pleasant! Definitely best dinner at Nungwi!

Visited several times during our stay here in zansibar.

Food: is a 10/10 - absolutely delicious. Grate variety of dishes. Huge portions and very tasteful.

Staff: couldn’t ask for more, very attentive, kind and very good service.

Definitely recommend a visit.

Small restaurant on the beach, but the food is bomb! Service is a bit on the slow side, but you're at the beach so what's the rush. Ended up eating here a bunch during my stay at the Doubletree. Seafood all seemed fresh and tasty
