Eye Cafe

Cooper has a great selection of coffee and was super nice, explaining everything and preparing a fresh cup of coffee for us to try.

One of my favorite coffee shops. Mom and pop, both friendly and the 'Pop' (Cooper) speaks fluent English.

You can try the shop roasted beans, a variety of world coffees by the cup, in large bags and in individual drip packets (so you can sample a variety at home before buying a larger quantity.

Shop also features a variety of classy teas, a 0 caffeine mint tea, and pretty tasty Japanese Matcha latte, with whole New Zealand milk.

Both owners make perfectly timed espresso with crema intact.

All drinks available hot or cold, except espresso -of course.

Sometimes magic happen and these moments are a once in a lifetime, hold on and treasure it.

I like the light taste of the coffee. Apparently Taiwanese prefer light coffees 👍🏻

Barista is rich in coffee related knowledge and is skillful to brew as well.
And is always full of hospitality.

The owner of the cafe is very hospitable and the coffee here is so great!!! Please don’t miss this store if you pass by~

台湾旅行中、花蓮に行った際に利用。
太魯閣から帰ってきて夕食後にフラっと入店しました。
気さくなマスターが本格コーヒーを淹れてくれます。
欧米人の利用や地元民らしき客もいて支持されていることがわかる。
お菓子をサービスしてくれるなど気が利いています。
ありがとうございました☺

Un très bon Espresso, à prix contenu. Service souriant, propose quelques cafés en grains à la vente. Pas beaucoup de places assises, mais espace suffisant tout de même.

Un vrai plaisir, tous au long de la journée !

De passage à hualien, nous sommes passés devant ce torréfacteur et nous avons été très vite charmés.

La barista est vraiment très agréable, elle propose une prestation et des produits de qualité. A des prix plus que correct !😁

走在路上看到貓頭鷹就過去拍照了 也就這樣跟老闆聊起來 雖然只是路過 但也能感受到老闆的熱情 跟我們分享了很多咖啡豆 聞起來味道都很特別 不過因為已經晚上九點半了 想說不要喝純咖啡 就點了一杯拿鐵 喝起來真的很香

老闆很專業，而且泡的咖啡相當好喝，另外老闆也很喜歡分享與健談，是還蠻不錯的地方。

老闆幽默風趣健談，對於咖啡相關的知識學問充沛，自己烘的豆子一流，推薦精品咖啡愛好者到訪花蓮時，值得特地前往啜飲老闆的咖啡迷人之處👍

老板超健談，重點是專業，手沖咖啡好喝，自己烘焙豆，種類多CP值超高

其實我對咖啡不是很熟悉，但是老闆非常熱情，看我是新手也不會不耐煩，反而鼓勵我聞豆子。
現場的豆子多達20幾種，且都能試聞，可以降低買到不喜歡的機率！
營業時間也很晚，如果是咖啡狂熱者可以跟老闆聊天，一點都不冷場。真的第一次遇到這麼酷又熱情的豆店！
偷偷說，本來是沒有想買豆子的，但是被老闆打動了！不厭其煩又願意了解客人的問題，真的真的很值得認識這裡。

連假回花蓮時恰巧經過eye cafe，老闆很好客很健談，老闆有各國的客人，連外國人也能聊！！老闆除了有專業知識，重點是咖啡很好喝，自從認識老闆回花蓮就想來喝個一杯再走🤣
