Far Eastern Hualien Store

A good shopping mall in Hualien. Lot of brands and unique selections. From branded uniqlo, H&M, Taiwan brands to A-mart, hypermart and Daiso. Restaurant options have Italian, Thai, Japanese hotpot, McDonalds. Good time shopping.

There's lots to do, buy, eat and drink here. And when you get tired, just sit down on a massage chair that does it's job very nicely for 10nt$!

This department store accepts international credit cards. This is a big advantage as many smaller businesses in Hualien do not accept international credit cards.

The department store's information center also offers currency exchange service but only takes the newest version of US dollars. I still had to go to the Bank of Taiwan to change money.

Nice department store with other tenants like a bookstore, McDonalds, casual Italian dining restaurant Cafe Grazie, and a basement supermarket. Not as large as the ones in Taipei but does its job adequately. Good for some air conditioning respite from the summer heat

I visit this place occasionally, usually when I have a shopping need. The last time I came here was in April 2019 to buy luggage. The spacious layout of the store allows for a comfortable shopping experience where we can easily find and purchase our items.

The largest mall in Hualien but it is puny if compared to Taipei, so let’s not. It has a great grocery story in the basement. Plus, there is a garage on side of the mall. The higher clearance is for the roof parking. Parking is free.

A small department store but has everything u may need. From grocery, optical glasses to everyday needs.

The convenient place to eat and shop in the Hualien city about 1 km away from train station. The FE21 mall has a hypermarket and restaurants in the basement. The higher floors are branded shopping.

Great store with great clothes and sales. They also made sure they tell me about 30 day return policy without me asking.

Nice lighting and design makes this department store quite comfortable to shop in. Not a huge amount of shops, but still a decent enough selection.
