Fantastic hotel,
Reception...from check in till check out they are available for any questions or help.
Room...large,spotless, have everything you need for your holiday, lovely bathroom with large shower room and all the Toiletries you will need, slippers and bathrobes (can be purchased if desired)balcony kept spotless with the glass cleaned daily. Fridge has water Pepsi and orange drink replenished daily.
Pools...large and lovely, no Sunbed hogging, could have your choice of where you wanted to be, indoor pool warm and pleasant.
Entertainment...around the Pools great fun and good music animation team keeping everyone engaged. Night time good selection of shows.
Bars. All were busy during the day, at night a couple were open which means children were left to entertain themselves could have benefitted from an adults only bar, sports bar not always open due to season.
Other facilities.. library, prayer room, games room, cards room, great idea well used.
Patisserie..lovely in the afternoon for a hot drink and cake on the terrace or inside, ice cream as well 3-6 pm
Shops..not part of the hotel so they are not responsible but worth mentioning..odds and bits like sweets etc very very expensive, Jewellery shop Fantastic well priced, sports shirts shop, good prices but check quality and sizes, dresses bags etc good selection
Spa..very expensive for what they offer..been many times to Turkey but this was extremely pricey compared to 5*
Restaurant...our only concern..large and not enough room to manoeuvre around tables, although it has an excellent families area most stuck high chairs and pushchairs at the tables, staff buzzed about not knowing what job needed doing so table service for water etc was slow.
Food..great choices odd cold food incident but rectified when mentioned.
Snack bar..had choices for a quick snack but again found them cool
Beach...immaculate and plenty of sunbeds.
We waited years to come here due to covid etc so glad that we did it's a fantastic place for all ages and we are looking forward to staying here again 😀 😊

This place is very good, hotel and food is great I was last year with my kids and I am planning to go again.
Don't read bad reviews because is completed rubbish,is not true!!!
Stuff is very frandly and good.

I recommend it wholeheartedly. Very professional service. Many attractions for children and adults. Delicious meals, plus there are snack bars, a confectionery shop and a cafe everywhere. Imported drinks, fresh bottled water available everywhere. Beautiful spa. Lots of pools. Various slides for children.
Rooms large and clean.
An ideal place for family relaxation.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stayed there. The staff was terrific and accessible at all times during our stay. I want to point out that the animation team was the best experience we had with their performances and personalities, making us feel at home away from home. They worked throughout the day to make sure all guests were entertained during their stay. There were always entertainment for all ages! The mini club was so great with Aynur she was so amazing and kind. In addition, the food was great and the rooms were clean. Had a great experience. Thank you for everything and hope to see you guys in the near future!!

What else can I say but WOW! We’re on day 3 of our 10 day stay and this is place is pretty much paradise. The food is amazing, the staff are super nice and friendly. The pool area is definitely the main attraction and having the mini water park on site means we don’t feel the need to pay for a day out elsewhere. Oh and the hotel is absolutely spotless so many cleaners that it feels like it is still a brand new hotel. We will be sad when it is time for us to leave, but for now we’re going to enjoy every minute whilst we are here. 100 percent going to come back 😁😁

We stayed at the hotel with my family and everything was great! The beach was sandy and shallow, the food was delicious and various, the animation team, the kids disco and the evening shows were brilliant! The pools were spotless! Amazing entertainment and water slides for little and big children! We hope to come back next year!

Good food ,hotel really good ,hotel shop 65 euro for a inflatable which we got for 12 euro in town also bit remote but taxi intl town 12 euro so not bad all in all

Fantastic hotel, absolutely spotless and everything for a great family holiday.
Huge pool areas with an abundance of sun loungers so no need to get up early to try and secure them, we were a group of 8 and never struggled to get beds together.

Great hotel, very clean, excellent service, big rooms. Nice beach. I can recommend it. Be aware mainly families with smaller kids are using it during summer months.

Very modern and luxurious hotel. Beautiful beach with sand but the water in the sea is not so clean. A lot of facilities for the children (pools, water play area, playground, kids club, aquapark). You simply cannot ask for more :) there are food theme evenings (sushi, Mexican, etc), so you won't be bored by meals. Be aware that there are no snacks (except sweets) available between 16 and 19. Aquapark is open very short hours a day.

Fantastic stay with top notch service. The room was spacious and had a minibar that included drinks into the price of the room. There were plenty of things to do and relax if you wanted to stay within the hotel complex. The restaurant was the most impressive with buffet style meals with three meals a day and also a night buffet of you have a late craving. The gigantic pools are awesome for outdoor or indoor swim. There is are full fledged water slides but since we came during the fall it was closed. The beach is only a short walk right next to the hotel. Definitely recommend a stay here and it is family friendly.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities and staff. Food variety catered widely. Quality alcohol rather than cheap stuff. Nothing is too much trouble. Pools were clean, rooms were brilliant. Beach was beautiful. Kids loved it, as did we.
Only downsides to consider are some slippy tiles when wet (resulted in a hospital trip for me) kids mini disco doesnt start till 2130 which was too late for my 8 amd 5 yr old to stay up for and not have a mammoth tantrum. And be warned, the pharmacy is a 20-30 min taxi ride away. The hotel shop sells most things but is expensive, however it is illegal to sell any medicines, so for kid ibuprofen, we needed a trip out.

Just had the best time here, always spotless, amazing food and drink, completely family-friendly, and great facilities and staff! Everyone was so welcoming and lovely overall.
The view was also very beautiful from our room, we were able to watch the beautiful sunset every evening.
Me and my family especially enjoyed the shows put on by the animation team and the activities each day, and enjoyed joining in with the dances!
Special mentions for Toni and Tito for making our stay even better by getting us to join in a lot of the activities and coming to talk to us frequently and always with a big smile on their faces!

Came here for a week with family and I must say that we liked everything they offer. Food is very good, lots of food all day long with a lot to choose from. Service and staff is excellent, nothing to complain about. Slides and pools are good maintained, beach amenities are great. They have a very good gym with equipment from Cybex, everything you need for a full body workout.
Thr entertainment or animation team was very enjoyable, we had good time with OKAN, he is a great guy. All in all worth it!

I need to take off one star for the room because the WiFi is not strong enough and lacks a lot. For a 5 star hotel, that needs to be much better.

Marvellous holidays in this very well situated hotel ressort. Everything is very clean.
Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect for families with kids. Huge kids pool with many attractions.
Only disadvantages was that restaurant is very noisy.

This was excellent; great food and drinks, staff are friendly, welcoming and cheerful. A wide selection of food round the clock. Entertainment was also 👌 but due to colder nights, indoor activities with a stage would have been preferred. Warmer temperatures for the pools would have been desirable for many and perhaps a more efficient kids club. Overall, worth every penny.

Cannot fault the entertainment team. Amazing with all the children, always willing to stop and give fist bumps, and chat with the kids. Always trying to get people involved. Food was amazing, always something to eat even if the cuisine of the night wasn’t your first choice there was always something able to eat

Spotlessly clean, fantastic and friendly staff, excellent facilities and brilliant entertainment every night.
The swim up room we had in block C was a great size and led directly out into a beautiful private pool which we enjoyed every day.
Loads of loungers around the other pools and on the lush private beach and kids pool had lots of slides and things for the kids to enjoy.

Food was really good although a bit more variety from day to day would have been nice , but maybe I'm just being a bit fussy.
Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone considering it.
We will definitely book another holiday here soon.
