Richmond Ephesus Resort

My family and I were here for a week and let me tell you we had such a great time! The hotel looks amazing, there are a lot of beautiful flowers, palm trees and greenery in general. You feel like you are in a paradise, so so beautiful! The rooms were super clean and the sheets and trash cans were being changed every day, we even got some water and coca cola delivered daily to our room. There was a variety of food, everything you can imagine. In the afternoon we could get some snacks such as fresh fruit, waffles and burgers outside in the Olea cafe. If you wanted something to drink, the bars were always open for you. Also there was water everywhere, even on the table in the restaurant. The beach was super close, so you dont have to walk a lot if you want to go there. Also you get beach towels every day. Every night we had entertainment show in the Amphitheatre- the first night was African show, the second there was a live music performance in the Beach bar, third was a contest called Ms Richmond, then Mr Richmond, a circus show and another live perfomance, we couldnt watch the fire show because we had to leave the same day but i bet it was really cool haha. Anyway, I want to thank the hotel staff and management for making this hotel a really great place to stay and rest.

We are in hotel now. Room 339 . Every things is acceptable . I read some of comments and i think most of people are satisfy . Most of passenger are from turkey . And some of them from Europe and asian .
Management about staff is good and you can see it in his or her aplications 😊.
But it is necessary to repair some small think like as walls & ... . Near the pool need to be clean ( there are many long hairs ) .
It is better for hotel to explain all programs and work time at first . ( after 2 day we know some new things😉 )
At all i recommended this good hotel for family.

very clean and nice hotel, kind and helpful staff, room view is beautiful(sea or jungle), spa center is very relaxing, Isen and Fatush for massage are excellent, pools are big and clean, private beach and beautiful garden, different amazing show in every night, excellent music show in beach bar every night. its recommended🙏

I stayed there 3 days with my family, it was very good to be there. The foods were amazing! They were really delicious.

A really beautiful Hotel with good foods and good drinks. It is a 10 minutes ride to the City and the Taxi is 10€. We where out of season there and it was really relaxing and the Animation team (Kyle and Potter) are really funny and carrying, so that you don’t get bored there. Moreover you can ask them any question and they will help you.

My husband and I are staying at this hotel, although our stay is coming to an end. The food is great, very varied and tasty. The service is very helpful and friendly. We recommend this hotel.

Pro: family friendly hotel with good location and sevices: all you wish during a holiday (beautiful garden, various foods, lot of programs with the great animation team).
Contra: sea is quite windy and wavy

We have been at this hotel before as a plan B when we couldn’t make it to the one in Marmaris as the cause of the fire and we were really satisfied. This year we got to experience the same enjoyment and satisfaction we’ve had last year. The food, the view of the sea and the surroundings, all of the workers were really nice. The only thing I’m upset about is that I couldn’t get the same room as last year but that’s on me.

I really enjoyed the vacation. The food was very delicious. The staff were super friendly, cool and polite. We had so much fun thanks to the animation team. I would love to go back here next summer.

The hotel is located at the beach and it is the nicest part of the beach in the neighbourhood. There is plenty of great food, very helpful staff, nice playgrounds and everything you need to relax - great holiday!

After having several sessions for finding the right hotel, we ended up booking Richmond Ephesus since we had an adequate experience in Pamukkale. Location wise it was easy to find and we successfully avoided crazy traffic of Kusadasi. As service, we got everything beyond our expectations. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent with crazy amount of choices. Rooms were clean, view was okay since eucalyptus trees were covering almost entire view on the sea side. Beach was excellent and sandy. Daily maintenance of pool and beach was a nice touch. Overall we were totally satisfied and we would like to accommodate here again.

The staff are very polite and rooms are excellent,
All types off food ,all through the day. For travelling, bus stop one meters from the hotel costing 1 euro per person
And the pool entertainment is excellent all day I recommend this hotel

Hi, want to review shortly after the staying in the Richmond Ephesus Resort Hotel.
It was a family holidays with a kid and I was searching for a quite cosy place to stay. Richmond Ephesus Resort Hotel was a great choice to my request and here are some points in case you'll have similar:
— infrastructure: it is REALLY on the first seaside line, no roads, tunnels whatever. There are both main building and bungalows to choose comfortable dwelling. And if you are looking for solitude and quietness, there is a quiet pool and spacious beach to enjoy. And bars+ snackers around — chill and relax in the shade.
— territory: it's intimated and closed with beautiful garden around and playgrounds, so kids are free to play separately. It's clean and tidy and no long distances to reach whatever places you need. Also there is tiny aqua park but enough to have fun for all the guests.
— personnel: they are doing their best as they are very helpful and hospitable and create a friendly environment for the guests. And provide a qualitative daily entertainments and different pool&sports activities.
— rooms&restaurants: ours was in a main building, tidy and comfort. All the necessary appliance and toiletry included (at least, to our needs). Restaurant is quite big to have places for visitors, and food is good. There are both Turkish and Continental food, so easy to choose.

We've enjoyed the place a lot. When there are some troubles, stuff is ready to help. I'm not a person to accentuate the bed things mostly, and to make the review trustful It's should be mention, we haven't face any unacceptable matters due to Hotel to be mentioned.

We have visited Richmond twice. The first time we fell in love, so had to return. First visit was July 2015. Second visit was April 2017. This is by far the best beach we have ever been to. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, amazing animation team lead by Nihat, good choice of food at meal times, clean pool area, clean and comfortable rooms. All rooms cleaned daily. The animation team make sure everyone is having a good time and are friendly. They like to get everyone involved but also respect when people would like to be left alone to have a relaxing, quiet holiday. I am currently looking to book and take our son in September.

Great resort. Would definitely go back. Amazing food and beautiful beach. Room service is great, as you can see I would come back and find a new towel sculpture on the bed. Food was great and very friendly helpful staff. Theres a lot of activities in the resort so if you don't like going places I'm sure you will have plenty to do without leaving anywhere.

Love this place. Especially in Winter. You have the whole hotel for yourself. People are so friendly and the service is incredible. The two SPA Managers are great and doing an amazing job. It’s a perfect and peaceful place to relax, be on your own and just come down, write a book and enjoy the beach by yourself. When you book a Massage than with Nese she is the best therapist I ever met. She loves her job and knows what she is doing. After 6 days I was more than happy to stay there and I know for sure I come back.
