Our stay at Atlantic Heritage Luxury Villa was amazing. From the moment we were greeted by Carolina, until our last day, everything was perfect. The villa is just as the photos show. The bedrooms and the common areas are comfortable, but cannot compare to the unforgettable view from the outside deck (especially the sunset over Faiel)

Carolina provided us with 24 hour help and advice and went out of her way to help us with everything that we needed (including breakfast every morning!).

We also cannot say enough about the chef prepared dinner (Thank you, Maria) that Carolina arranged. It was spectacular.

Another benefit is the close proximity to the town of Madelena and the UNESCO hiking trails, which we walked to from the Villa.

Well versed in luxury villa rentals around the globe, we can assure you that Atlantic Heritage not only lives up to, but exceeds its photos, description and reputation as a luxury rental villa. Everything from the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and incredible privacy, to the design, outfit and amenities of the home with outstanding service and attention has been a pleasurable, unforgettable experience. Staff are bubbly, friendly and professional, keen to answer any question or request and always leave the villa sparkling and shining as bright as their smiles. The size of the rooms are generous with comfortable beds, the kitchen well equipped and, having wintered here, the fireplace and jacuzzi were welcome additions thoroughly enjoyed after a long day of hiking or sightseeing. The outdoor gym is situated to receive stunning ocean views and the games and audio/visual systems, plus blackout curtains for sleeping in are just some examples of well thought out details evident throughout the home and property. The extra special touches, not only at a birthday and Christmas but, during our entire stay have been highlights along with gazing upon the UNESCO heritage vineyards, strolling through the beautiful mature gardens, which rival any botanical garden, and listening the sound of waves lull us sleep at the end of each incredible day.

Atlantic Heritage Luxury Villa is a must stay whilst in the Azores. Beautiful home. Incredible attention to detail. Well equipped. Stunning views. Excellent guest services. I highly recommend Atlantic Heritage as a base from which to explore the beauty of Pico and nearby islands.

My wife and I finally made the trip to Pico after Covid cancellations. The villa was awesome, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and outstanding views! Very relaxing trip and the customer service from Carolina was great. We really enjoyed the amenities there and would highly recommend.

We just had the best time at Atlantic heritage villa with an amazing infinity swimming pool, just the best option after the peak of this pandemic. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of local fresh products and traditional , they try to make small changes in the menu every day of your stay . Pico island in the Azores was a wonderful and safe place to stay during such a difficult time, with not any single Covid case at this time. This luxury villa was also well managed, with a daily cleaner Catia and a fully dedicated reservation Manager Carolina, always paying attention to detail. The property was always spotless clean and we felt very safe in the context of Pandemia, being compliant with Portugal government hygiene and cleaning requirements, certified as “Clean and Safe” .

There are many leisure activities in Pico Island , mountain hiking and whale watching best spot of the archipelago. We felt like royalty overlooking the UNESCO world heritage vineyard landscape.

Will definitely come back, the kids loved it.

Staying in Atlantic Heritage Villa became the most memorable experience during our holiday on Pico Island. I'd even say that staying in this villa should be a reason alone to visit Pico!

Its a beautiful villa with a large infinity pool and terrace overlooking the vineyards and ocean. The villa is huge, with 4 ensuite bedrooms over 2 floors, a jacuzzi room, and a huge kitchen and living room with a fireplace. It is very well equipped including: everything I could possibly need in the kitchen, extra batteries and chargers/adapters, toiletries, robes and electric bikes.

The whole property is gated so we enjoyed how private it felt and the whole area was available for us exclusively. This included a magical garden which has hammocks, two barbecues and a firepit!

The service is top - the place is kept spotless throughout our stay with daily cleaning (so happy I didn't have to deal with cleaning after making
a barbecue!). They even did our laundry for us! The villa also provided a personal assistant during our stay who helped us with booking activities and ferry tickets. When we arrived they gave us an informative villa tour and also gave us a welcome basket full of local produce like cheese, honey and wine.

Overall, I've stayed in many luxury villas and hotels but nothing like this before! It's a no brainer for large groups to stay here, and highly recommended as a romantic villa for couples as well.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here this July. The place was everything we dreamed of and more. We were greeted by Jackie who was very flexible as our flight from Sao Miguel was delayed. A wonderful basket of bread, cheese and local spreads as well as a bottle of champagne were waiting for us. Jackie was very helpful and knowledgeable on local restaurants and the best things to do. The villa itself was spectacular. The view was breathtaking and the villa in top shape. We felt like royalty! The pool was so relaxing and beautiful and the view at night from the balcony stunning. The garden is also worth checking out especially at sunset. Our only regret is not spending more time at the villa relaxing!- Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon experience!! - Laura and Doug

Actually we didn’t get to stay! This review is for the fabulous customer service I have received today. We have had to cancel our trip due to COVID and the owners of this villa have moved heaven and earth to ensure we got all our money back and didn’t have to pay any fees to Booking.com despite that not being part of their cancellation policy. We assumed we’d lose money but in a very simple set of WhatsApp messages and phone calls everything was sorted out for us. We will definitely be booking this villa again- the service was second to none. Thankyou

Unfortunately we had to cancel due to the quarantine restrictions... we will definitely rebook our holiday when able!! The staff were super helpful and supportive during this unpredictable time! Nothing but great services!! Can’t wait to actually get to Pico island and this fantastic villa!

A casa superou as nossas expetativas! Está muito bem localizada, num local super tranquilo, com uma ótima vista, tanto de dia como à noite, para o mar e para a ilha do Faial que nos deixa relaxados.
A decoração, o mobiliário, todo o equipamento, as áreas amplas fazem a diferença e tornam a casa prática, moderna e muito funcional.
Destaque ainda para a linda e bem pensada piscina - que se encontra a uma temperatura muito agradável -, para o jacuzzi e para o jardim da casa. A área exterior contempla ainda várias zonas de churrascos, de descanso e de passeio, todas rodeadas por várias árvores e plantas.
De salientar também a disponibilidade e simpatia do staff que nos acolheu e que nos preparou um pequeno-almoço muito bem servido.
Uma experiência a repetir e a recomendar!

Excelente estadia! Ideal para umas férias relaxadas na Ilha do Pico. Óptima localização com bons acessos e com vista para as vinhas. A moradia é espetacular e tinha todas as comodidades que pudéssemos precisar. O staff foi muito simpático e esteve sempre disponível para o que precisássemos. Adoramos os pequenos almoços feitos na cozinha à hora que estipulássemos :) foi uma óptima experiência a repetir

A casa fica super bem localizada, privacidade garantida com uma vista deslumbrante para a montanha e para o mar.
Estivemos lá em Abril e tivemos uma experiência incrível no passeio de barco, tivemos a oportunidade de ver baleias, golfinhos e tartarugas, magnífico.

O serviço na Villa é extremamente personalizado e a Carolina, a assistente de reservas foi super simpática e profissional. Deu nos todos as actividades e roteiros disponíveis o que facilitou imenso a gestão de tempo.

O Atlantic Heritage é, sem dúvida, o sítio mais requintado onde já ficámos. E no entanto manteve o conforto de uma casa que rapidamente sentimos como nossa. Foi o sítio ideal para descontrair a 100% com todas as facilidades que podíamos pedir, incluíndo um jacuzzi e uma piscina infinita com vista para o oceano, a ilha vizinha e para as vinhas que são património mundial da Unesco. Os pequeno-almoços são fenomenais, muito variados, com produtos frescos e naturais dos Açores... Gostaríamos de ter ficado mais tempo, mas foi excelente enquanto durou. Vamos voltar certamente e recomendamos a 100%! 😍🙏🏼
