Great hotel and even better restaurant.

The rooms are good but the walls are very thin. If your neighbors decide to watch tv at three in the morning, you’ll be a part of it.

The breakfast is ok, but not as good as the meals the restaurant prepares.
We probably had the best food here since arrival on Faial.

The staff did a great job in every regard.

Wow, this is what you called the perfect hotel! The service is very good, they even set up a nice bottle op champagne at the room for my birthday! Also credits for housekeeping, who even fold our clothes. After check-out, we were able to leave out luggage safe so we went to the beach. After this we could still make use of the jacuzzi and fresh up a bit.

Beside the good service the location is great; near the beach, directly in front of the harbour and in a quiet place in city center. Also it has a nice restaurant (with outside possibilities), with great breakfast. We loved out stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Great location with a delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean and quiet. The eggs and bacon were noteworthy as it tasted so much better than any I've had before. The cheese selection was nice and the view is fantastic. There is a really cool restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel as well. If you have time, book a massage. Totally worth it.

Stayed at the hotel April 1-3. We upgraded to an ocean view room and it was worth it. The hotel is very centrally located and close to a number of great restaurants. The breakfast was very complete with everything once could ask for. The staff was friendly and helpful and even allowed us to check out late. Would recommend.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was a very nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The beds (double = 2 twins pushed together) were very comfortable and it was super quiet. I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast (typical hotel buffet) but it’s included in the rate. Fantastic location. There aren’t many lodging options in Faial - I was happy we stayed here.

Lovely rooms (we had a dining/lounge area too. Coffee and tea facilities. Lovely friendly, helpful staff!

We stayed 2 nights. The customer service is wonderful. The hotel is very updated and extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are totally sound proof, I didn’t hear any doors slamming from other rooms or any vehicle noise from the Main Street outside. The restaurant and bar are convenient with a great breakfast. The location is very convenient.

Good value for money. The location is great. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bathrooms are a little bit outdated. Delicious breakfast and the staff is very helpful. Great view towards Pico from the breakfast room.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is fantastic. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is by the marina and the famous Peter's cafe. With in walking distance to shops and restaurants. We are returning in July 2022. Can't wait! From Robert Weston and Tamara Delello

We had a two night stay in this comfortable hotel. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants the beach and marina. Good buffet breakfast, parking garage and restaurant serving a good dinner at reasonable price.

Excellent place to stay. Near Marina area. Nice patio area to sit and enjoy drinks and meals. Excellent guest service.

Probably one of the best hotels on the island. Although not luxourious and sometimes maybe missing some small details a four-star hotel on the mainland would have, the overall quality of offered services and room premises is great. Nice restaurant with decent breakfast and great drink menu. Helpful and nice staff. Much recommended

Perfect location just next to marina, 5min from the beach; the rooms are spacious, good customer service, good food...the hotel has a jacuzzi much needed after all day of hiking; there are also steam room, sauna and fitness room. Would happily stay there again.

Top notch. Room was very nice, jacuzzi hot tub, and the view of Mt Pico and harbor are beautiful. Front desk staff very helpful.

This Hotel is very good. In my mind with very small changes whis could be a 5 star Hotel. Fantastic Service in the Restarang and Bar. Very good breakfast, and the Alacart menu very good. Regards Timo A.
