White Exclusive Suites & Villas

I think it was definitely my best vacation ever! White is the best place to take a break from the world. The suit is amazing. Breakfast and dinner is great! I loved the location! The staff were just SUPER! I miss that place already. Don't hesitate.

We stayed at the Villa and had a terrific experience. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and tried to accommodate and help in any way they could. We really loved it and would recommend it.

We had an unforgettable stay in a beautiful boutique hotel that stands on a cliff with amazing views, and is perfectly centered in the island to go west or east and discover the marvels of the island. Located less than 15 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada city centre, this may be in my view the best place to stay for a truly relaxing romantic experience.
All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a gourmet experience that proves that quality wins over quantity. The infinity warmed pool is beautiful and so it is the outside jacuzzi facing the Atlantic ocean and the beautiful horizon line. The hotel pampered us with a beautiful and delicious birthday cake and champagne.
We stayed at a junior suite on the ground floor that accessed directly the beautiful patio facing the sea. The room was very comfortable and had a kitchenette area. There were thoughtful little things like umbrellas in the room and lobby for guests to take during their stay (as the weather was a bit unpredictable) and a straw basket with pool towels that was very useful for our nocturne and evening moments on the jacuzzi. We also used the basket to visit Terra Nostra's hot springs.
I can say that it was one of the most beautiful hotels where I stayed and the Island has a mystical aura with all it beauty of sea, lagoons, lush green forests and parks, dramatic landscapes that take one's breath away.
Finally a special thank you to Ms Sandra Rodrigues that saved our early departing morning,preparing us an excellent breakfast before 7.30 am when the kitchen staff had not yet arrived.
Beautiful experience . The only less positive thing was the lack of power of the shower and one needed to wait a few minutes until the water would run hot.

This is an incredible place. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and everything was an absolute dream, especially the service and the breathtaking location and beauty of the hotel itself. The entire time we felt like we were completely secluded in a gorgeous way, and totally pampered. Can’t say enough about the service - Sara, Sandra, Joao and the whole team always went above and beyond for us on everything we asked about. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious location.

The staff was fantastic - it was probably the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel, which is a lot for me to say. There was more staff than guests, meaning the service was over the top. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne at arrival along with a cheese board.
The food and amenities were amazing, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Hands down impressed!

The hotel is newly redone and is BEAUTIFUL. I was with a group and every room is different and stunning. We loved that each room has a mini-kitchen that's very well-equipped. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The food was my favorite from our whole trip, dining around the island.

The hotel is set on a beautiful cliff with amazing views, and is perfectly centered in the island to go west or east for excursions. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, helping us plan and organize many of our activities. And our dinner at the hotel was one of the best on our trip!

This hotel is impeccably clean and offers a majestic view over the Atlantic. You will appreciate the Mediterranean interior look and the very cozy and relaxing atmosphere as well as the outstanding friendliness and resourcefulness of the staff. They literally go out of their way to help out their guests. You will most certainly feel welcome, as if you were a long-time family member. You will also delight in their very delicious breakfasts (à-la-carte) and their gourmet cuisine. Staying at the White Exclusive Suites & Villas for at least a few days is a must for discerning travellers. We wish to thank and congratulate ALL staff members for making our stay a memorable one:

Amazing small boutique hotel! Stunning cliffside views with infinity pool. Impeccable cleanliness, design, and comfort of the rooms. Friendly and helpful service of hotel staff. Delicious and tasty breakfast. What more could you ask for? Nothing. It was perfection.

We felt at home and relaxed immediately. The staff were awesome, delicious mocktail upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean and was welcomed with birthday chocolates, champagne and cake.

The view is second to none and dinner was one of the best we have had. Flavours and experience was unforgettable. The staff even read our dietary requirements and accomodated which is something you rarely find.

Hats off to the staff and chef, magnificent.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are immaculate and the decor is on point. The cliff side location makes for an amazing infinity edge pool. The food is AH-MAZING! The best we had on the island (and on our entire Azores trip!). The staff is so helpful and attentive - we had a wonderful check-in process with Rebecca and Sandra was always there to answer any/all questions and ensure our stay was perfect. This place is a true gem.

Well, in the family house,
I only been to the Restaurant in the evening .
The all place is spectacular, the deco is with simplicity, hairy and light.
The food experience was great!
The products are from great quality, tasty and we'll balanced all toghetter.
Sommelier my self , a little decepointment can come from the wine list...Very poor in explications from each bottle with no reference and sorts of grapes.. . From what I could observe that night lots of references are missing and unfortunately lack of small basic knowledge from the staff concerning wines .

The most amazing hotel and experience. The ALL the staff where beyond exceptional and welcoming with great humor. The rooms were so spacious, and well designed. The outdoor space is sheer beauty. And the cell phone they offer,!?! I did actually have to text them once, and I know the have the night emergency number too. I just am amazed with the quality.

Then restaurant. Wow. I was so glad to have them as i had a few very filled tour days and too tired to venture to town. But I ate there for three nights of my stay because the food was just so good. And the breakfast...😊😍

Oh I also had massage. It was really good... And the ocean right there. So calming.

I will be back and I can't recommend White Exclusive strongly enough. It is a bit outside Ponta Delgata but taxi round trip was 20 EUR (i prebooked with hotel so I didn't have to think about finding one).

Oh and they also will help you arrange tours. I didn't know before my stay...

Dinner was better than our best expectations! Products from their local farm interpreted in a creative, different and very pleasing way! We will be back for sure, thanks for this great experience!:)

This place is exquisite in every way.
Location, views, service, decdoration, rooms. Everything was perfect .
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff.
Special mention to the chef, food was amazing and the chocholate cake we received as a gift from the hotel for my husband's Birthday was to die for!

We had the benefit of staying here and then going to Santa Barbara Eco-Beach Resort (White only had a room available for part of our stay). White was far far superior to the Eco-Beach resort.

This place (White) is ultimate luxury. The staff were very friendly, and they even accommodated our early check-in before the desk was even open. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was top notch: a selection of cheeses, yogurt and granola, juice, and then freshly made eggs (we are vegetarians so we didn't enjoy any meat options). We had lunch and dinner there as well and both were delicious. Every employee was friendly and accommodating. But the best part was the lovely room with balcony overlooking the ocean. It was the highlight of our time in the Azores. If you're looking for a truly luxurious experience, this is the ONLY PLACE on the island you will get it. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing in every way. From the seaside location, distance to town, dining, and staff - White knocked it out of the park. One thing I'd like to mention is how amazingly helpful the staff is. Special shout out to Mr. Joao. He's an absolute rock star who understands the fine details of customer service. We can't wait to come back one day!

We could not get enough of this hotel, and our only regret is not staying longer. Our check-in was personalized and so helpful. The room was beyond beautiful, and we were so happy with the view. The pool and patio area with the firepit was just gorgeous, and we spent every night out here enjoying the ocean views. The cocktail menu was so yummy, and there was one drink we could not stop ordering which I can’t remember the name of, but had orange in it. We did participate in the special dinner that had 5 courses and it was also delicious and the chef was so accomodating with our food restrictions. We also loved the location. It was close to everything , and parking was also relatively easy. We will tell anyone we can that THIS is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic location on the water. Super friendly staff. Private chefs. No menu, you talk about what they have fresh and what you want. Perfect romantic 10 room hotel that caters to anything you need. We loved it! We will be back again! Nothing to criticize at all. It’s expensive, but we highly recommend it! A+.

Commenting on the restaurant only. Hands down the best food during our stay on the island. Loved the pulpo and meat the first time so we came back for another dinner. Great wine, great scenery and very kind service. A must!
