One night stay, which was great ! Unique hotel in a good location. The room was very spacious and clean ! Loved the walk in shower ! Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
There was a great variety of hot and cold food at the breakfast buffet. I was concerned that the neighborhood would be noisy at night, but once 5pm arrived, it was very quiet, and remained so all night. I highly recommend, and would stay again, without hesitation !

Was very pleased with this hotel. The room was exceptional, clean and spacious. The location was great and walkable throughout the city in Punta Delgado. The staff was great. The breakfast was nice and had options, was never disappointed. Overall, I think this was a great location and hotel to stay in while in the Azores. Could not be more pleased with my visit and this hotel.

A cozy, small romantic hotel in the middle of the city with good accessibility to everywhere you need to go within Ponta Delgada. The room was clean, the breakfast tasted very good, they offer free parking and the staff is very nice. We had no problem. There are several restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby.

Absolutely charming, welcoming and the staff were so friendly and efficient. The front desk was so helpful to us. A good location and the interior was really charming. A place to return to again and again.

Lovely little hotel in the town centre of Ponta Delgada. We only spent one night there due to our original hotel being double booked. Lovely staff, fantastic decor, enormous room, great food. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the pool was lovely. Paid a bit extra for one of the rooms in the old building and I would really recommend anyone booking to do the same as the room was great.

Edit: was back in ponta delgada a couple of days after checking out. Popped in and asked if they would look after my bags while I waited for my flight and they took them no problem. Wonderful service, would highly recommend booking here.

Wonderful hotel in easy walking distance of everything that Ponta Delgada has to offer. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast that was included was solid, nothing special but perfectly fine.
Only complaint was that the walls are a little thin so sometimes you can hear your neighbor, but not frequently. It is made up by the excellent blackout curtains they have!

A trustworthy four-star hotel.

I stayed for a few nights during the winter low season for about 55 euros per night.

The staff, facilities and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were quite satisfactory in the EU.

However, the pool is small. If you want to swim in the warmer months, you should choose larger hotels (where pool slippers and bathrobes are always provided, even in winter).

The only disappointment was that the breakfast repertoire was the same for about a week. The breakfast room (attached restaurant. Japanese food with sushi in the evening) and the table settings are nice and the food is not bad.

It is less than a 10 minute walk to the main bus depot, which covers the whole island.

From the same place you can take the airport shuttle bus (from 2023/1 it runs from 5am to around 10pm. Advance booking recommended), but the road to it is cobbled, so it is easier and quicker to call a taxi from your hotel if you have suitcases (about 10 euros).

I’m in love! Beautiful and clean rooms with delicious breakfast at great price. But what really stands out is the absolutely wonderful customer service, especially at the reception desk. As a single female traveller, things might get a bit stressful at times, but the reception team was so supportive, kind, helpful and all around fantastic. I’ll come back for sure, and will recommend this gorgeous place to family & friends.

Great boutique hotel centrally located in Ponta Delgada. It was easy to get by foot to the restaurants and bars, and there are nearby free parking lots if you don't want to park on the streets. We had one of the newer renovated rooms and the free breakfast had a good assortment for our mornings before heading out around the island. Front desk was also welcoming and helped answer any questions we had!

Overall great experience, staff is awesome.
Only downside is the breakfast, same thing every day, and almost nothing homemade. Little options for food intolerance.

An old school in a building from the 19 century converted into a very nice hotel.
Very welcoming staff that is always willing to help with everything we asked and some more.
The breakfast has many local food included (cheese are very good) that is served in what transforms to a restaurant in the evening.
The pool inside of the hotel is also cute.
The hotel offers a parking place that you need to use an elevator to park but around there is enough free parking places (make sure you park in the free zone)
Location is just in the center and next to the beach.
Overall very pleased with my choice to stay here.

If you wanna feel Ponta Delgada, this is the place!

Magic hotel in the very historical and cultural center of Ponta Delgada. I really think it is the best in town.

Excellent breakfast, unique atmosphere, also the staff was amazing and very organized: at the reception they even had a bandaid for my sister when needed

Great people in a prime location. A repurposed school with comfortable rooms, refrigerator and basic ammenities. Morning breakfast was quite nice. It was quiet, everything worked well. Linens and towels are perfectly clean and fresh. The staff made our visit.

A gem in the old town! Quiet area but still central. Large rooms with high ceilings, comfy bed. Friendly staff. There's a small garage which can be used free of charge but it is not suited for anything larger than a VW Golf.

Great hotel with very polite service. Looks pretty and it is very clean. In addition to that, the breakfast is quite good, since it includes some really delicious local specialties.

Great hotel for the price.
It is within a 10 min walk of everything in town. Nice older building.
Has a unheated (cold) pool in an open air courtyard. Pool towels at reception. Plus sauna and steam room. Helpful bilingual staff. Breakfast has a bunch of choices and every type of coffee from a machine.
Room was ok size. Shower was hot and had a lot of power. Bed was harder then I usually sleep on.

Definitely recommend. The rooms are in excellent condition and the Hotel's location is excellent if you want to visit Ponta Delgada or just go for a restaurant.
If u need to park a car that might be a challenge but not impossible.
