Pedro welcomed us very well. Despite our late arrival he took his time to show us the apartment and explain us each activity we could do in the island. The apartment was clean, modern with enough equipments to feel at home. It was well located in the center, near the best monuments and churches and the best restaurants of Ponta Delgada and not far from a free parking (rua do Perú). We also had a terrasse to enjoy the sun while drinking a good local beer at the apartment. We will definitely come back there. We made a road trip around the island and from what we saw it is the best option to enjoy Sao Miguel. Thank you again Pedro !

Sauber, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet!

Globalement satisfait, logement conforme aux photos et accueil sympa de Pedro. En revanche, trop peu d'equipement, pas meme un simple balai, ventilation inefficace et de gros cafards qui viennent de l'exterieur. Donc, ok pour le prix et la situation centrale mais des efforts a faire.

Studio spacieux, bien situé en ville, agréable à occuper (la ventilation dans la salle de bain et les stores du salon pourraient être changés)

Wir waren vom 05.-11.08.22 hier in der Vermelho 1 OG. Die zentrale Lage war schon sehr schön und auch recht ruhig. Die Ausstattung allerdings ließ zu wünschen. Für 120€ die Nacht würde ich schon einen Spiegel in der Wohnung erwarten und nicht nur 2 Tassen u. Gläser. Drei Bügel sind auch recht wenig. Ein Wohnraum existierte auch nicht wirklich. Der Balkon 50cmx4m hat auch nicht zum verweilen eingeladen.
