From arrival to receiving the food only a couple of minutes passed.
Every question was answered and the staff made a very professional impression.

A low-key restaurant with a great idea. You grill fish, seafood and others yourself on the lava stone. Greatly seasoned!! Enjoyment! I recommend!

One of the best “bife na pedra” (steak on the stone) I have ever had! Very tender and with a perfect cut!! The sauces are not the best ever but the meat and fish are superb. The steak stone will cost you at least 15€ , not the cheapest for Faial standards but worth it!!

Note: The restaurant is specialised and only servers hot stone dishes (both meat and fish). The customer grills the dish themselves.

Cooking on hot lava stone was a super fun experience. We took shrimps and squids and both were delicious.

By serving your fish or meat for you to cook at the table means service is quite speedy, and you can cook your generous size steak to perfection. I can recommend the rib-eye. Delicious.

This was my favorite place to visit in Horta! The food was so amazing, the drinks were even better! The service was even greater! The gentleman serving us kept such a fun and amazing vibe where we felt so welcomed!!! We went back multiple times over our stay and will defiantly return!

Quick, courteous service, excellent English spoken by the servers. Cooking your own meat or fish on a hot stone at your table is cool. Lots of options for fish or meats or combinations. We ate there twice. The house-made peanut butter ice cream was awesome.

Just cook your own meal , great and fast. Ask to change the stone when cold.
