I went to Horta on Holidays and had no time for a haircut before. Mrs. Campos gave me an appointment for the day after I called her. The rooms are located centrally in Horta, designed beautifully and- above all- very clean. There was a really relaxing atmosphere. Mrs. Campos was very friendly, funny and professional. I speak hardly portuguese, but she was very active in enabling communication. The haircut was slightly shorter than I expected, but I love it! During cutting, it was obvious that Mrs. Campos is very experienced and knows what she ist doing, I fehlt very comfortable. Highlight: there is a massage chair used during washing the hair. It felt like heaven.
