Let's Rent a Car | Ponta Delgada - Açores

I made a reservation 3 months before arrival via whats app, they offered me possibilities of insurance, I just chose and booked, before arrival i contact them to be sure If my reservation is valid, everything was OK. After my arrival (earlier) they contacted me first that If I want they can come earlier as dealed time. Sandra made a photos and send me to whats app. I payed with the card for a rent and 20€ cleaning fee in cash. price for 7 full days was including evertyhing 613€ in 06/2023. car was clean and full tank and only 40k km. No deposit needed, I recommend if you visit Sao miguel :) Car was Kia Rio manual gear in good condition

I had positive experience with this company. First of all if you want to rent a car definitely do it in advance. This was the first company that answered to our email less than 72h before arriving to Ponta Delgada and they are the only one that had (last) available C category car, unlike other companies which were fully booked. We didn't have to pay deposit in advance, you have unlimited kilometers and there is no limit for driver's age. We got all information very celar and detailed via email and this is also the way how we confirmed our reservation. You just have to send all personal details for confirmation of your reservation. After that we got the location where we should meet. When we got there the feeling was quite sketchy because it says on Google that their office is in the building in front of which we were supposed to meet, but at the end there was no office and it is still quite strange, ngl. We called phone number on google but no one picked up. After I sent email with my number I recieved a call and we managed to find the meeting point. We were transparently shown every bump and scratch on car at the beginning before paying and deciding which insurance we will take. We took basic insurance and it was the right decision but for other options and details it is the best if you contact the company via email. The price per day for C category car was 45€/day. You can pay by card at the spot. You could feel that car was used a lot, accelerating quite slowly, but it served us quite nicely and there is no point in visiting the island without a car. We were very grateful that we got it and managed to visit all places we wanted to. Person that we meet at the spot and gave us contract to sign was very friendly and patient but it is easier to come to terms and understand companies conditions in conversation with person who is answering to emails and phone calls. We returned car to agreed meeting point and there was no problem at all. I recommend this rent-a-car company!

Very good company, trustworthy and very helpful. They have answered immediately whenever we had a question, they didn't ask money in advance, they even helped us with our luggage to keep them until we checked in to out hotel ,because they were too many to fit in the car. And no extra costs when we returned the car, as many car rental companies do. I totally recommend them!

We found this rental service by accident in google maps and we couldn't be happier! The car was nice, the price was fair and the owners are very friendly and helpful with anything you might need during your stay in Sao Miguel. Always available and nice. We were able to pick up the car in the city and return it at the airport, which was perfect. We totally recommend! We won't look for any other rental company if we come back to the island and you shouldn't either.

I had an amazing experiene with them. I rented a car for 4 days. They came to airport and pucked me up. Then there was an accident with the car. They came bring me a new car very fast and they didnt harge me for what was not my fault. I totally recommend this agency

Vynikajúca požičovňa áut. Rezerváciu auta vybavíte cez Whatsup. Sandra má profesionálny prístup, upozornila ma aj na to, že nám posunuli let, čo som si ja ani nevšimol. Vie na správy odpisovať aj v noci, z čoho som mal potom chvíľu výčitky, že ju otravujem. Auto bolo v dobrej kondícií, vyzdvihnutie aj vrátenie bolo na letisku bezproblémové.

Vista la scarsità di auto da noleggiare quest'anno a Sao Miguel, l'unica auto che abbiamo trovato su tutta l'isola è stata presso di loro.
Inizialmente, non essendo una delle compagnie internazionali, eravamo un po' preoccupati.
Invece l'esperienza è stata completamente positiva.
Sono organizzati, parlano un ottimo inglese, puntuali al ritiro e consegna e molto chiari nello spiegare le condizioni.
Fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto esigenze particolari con l'auto e non abbiamo dovuto contattarli durante il noleggio.
Le tariffe sono molto più convenienti che presso i noleggi di marca internazionale, ma il mercato è talmente volatile e così pochi i mezzi che i prezzi li fanno loro.
Da consigliare assolutamente!

Andamos algum tempo a procura de uma empresa fiável para alugarmos carro para andarmos em s miguel. Acabamos por ver esta empresa na pesquisa que fizemos e ligamos para saber condições. Fomos logo bem recebidos com muita simpatia, mas para falar a verdade estranhamos não nos pedirem nada e ter sido super fácil a conversa e o aluguer do carro. Mas a verdade é que correu tudo bem, são uma empresa fiável, com pessoas muito simpáticas, de palavra e com excelentes condições qualidade/preço. Aconselhamos qualquer pessoa que queira alugar carro fazê-lo com esta empresa. Ainda bem que existem empresas assim. Muito obrigada pela excelente experiência, simpatia e por nos terem recebido bem.

Nos atendió una chica super maja. Todo facilidades. Entendió que queríamos un coche para 3 días y unas horas y que era un fastidio pagar cuatro. No como el resto de compañias que se aprovechaban de esa circunstancia. Nos arregló el precio, ya de por sí económico, y listo. El coche en buen estado. Muy recomendable.

El coche fabuloso y nuevo, el precio razonable pero más allá de un simple alquiler de coche la extraordinaria amabilidad y disposición a ayudar y facilitar la estancia a los clientes. Lo recomiendo a todos.
