Brilliant restaurant since being refurbished. Great choice of food, particularly locally sourced seafood. Service is always friendly and welcoming and good value for money

We had a perfect dinner here. Service was fast, wine recommendation appropiate and the food was more than expected. Fresh fish and very well cooked.

Just a lovely place x service fabulous, a couple of vegan options would be nice as this is so very limited but loved the atmosphere so much x this place will always have a place in my heart ❤

Another of our worldwide favourite restaurants. Primarily serving fish this old beachfront restaurant has been completely and cleverly rebuilt over lockdown but it's the people who make it and the food, service, view and wines make it a very special place to unwind after a hard day on the beach. Love it.

We've been regular visitors for a number of years now and Atlantico continues to be one of our favourite Salema restaurants. Same friendly family business, lovely new glass enclosure for cooler early season visits and, of course, very good food. 👍

My husband and I loved it. He had cod. I had tuna. Beautiful presentation. Delicious. Lovely light-filled space. Only suggestion is a slightly more friendly waiter. He was aloof - perhaps because we'd just arrived from a vigorous hike and we're windblown? No excuse.

House salad of goats cheese and walnuts absolutely fabulous. The view is 2nd to none.

Was surprised by some of the average reviews, but we had an excellent dinner here from start to finish.
We can highly recommend the curry and the pasta carbonara, mozzarella and tomato was nice as well. Service was friendly and efficient.

Family run restaurant now in its third upgrade. Beautiful position beside beach with excellent outdoor elevated area to dine or just drink morning coffee. Menu in the evening is sea bass,golden bream,spaghetti clams ,prawn curry ,garlic prawns. Good wine list nice Douro reds. Desserts local cakes and sweets. Ice creams . €30 a head for dinner with wine. Highly recommended.

Amazing food! My husband and I ate dinner there both nights we stayed in Salema. Every dish we had was delicious from the tuna carpacchio to the fig and almond pie. Super fresh fish and excellent service.

Had a great meal with friends, excellent house red wine, great prawn curry lovely views out to sea.

Tasty local cuisine directly on one of the nicest beaches in the area, but with access also from the town. A good selection of daily catch and some classics for every taste at reasonable prices. For a perfect surf'n'turf experience, you have to try tuna with creamy bacon sauce! It's just delicious!

First restaurant we visited and the food with service was good.
02/08; Went back for evening dinner and I have easily given it the 5th star. Had the monkfish main and it was cooked beautifully. The service was superb as they brought us inside just before our main, as a table became available and the wind was picking up.
