Great local supermarket. You will find quality, in season fruits and vegetables. The meat and fish counters offer a wide range of products. They have a deli counter and cheese counter with a wide selection to choose from. They have a wide selection of alcohol.
The cosmetic and beauty products is well stocked with the usual products.

What an experience! We live in a small town in Spain and have no supermarkets like this one. It was more like a good French supermarket with an amazing array of choice.
Unfortunately we were in our campervan and only required a few items whilst on an onwards journey.
Please Pingo Doce bring one to Aguilas where we live!!

Decent supermarket, they even swapped out rotten strawberries for a fresher ones on request. Too bad that drinks arent on fridge.

Very good supermarket great quality and always seems to be lots of knockdown offers on. We really enjoy the cafe where you can be standing with locals enjoying a fantastic expresso and a pastry for 1€. Great value and lovely service.

Good range of everyday didand local produce especially fish. If you're self catering holiday it's a good place for everything you need. Friendly, accessible and reasonable.

An easy to get excellent shop. Good range of products and helpful staff. Also had a laundry so you can clean your clothes will you shop and have a coffee.

A very good supermarket a ten minute walk from the centre of town, everything you need here with a huge selection of wine, spirits and beer at very reasonable prices, a good bottle of wine here is around two or three Euro. For people that are new to Portugal I must explain that supermarkets here sell a lot of sun dried cod (bachalau) you'll be able to detect the odour in nearly all of the supermarkets, it's perfectly normal and I suggest you try the soup in one of the restaurants it's delightful.

I want to inform management of pingo doce that, I live in tavira last 7 months and every week I go pingo doce for buy something, all staffs (cashier & security men) are providing good service BUT some are not showing well come ( hi,hello,good morning/afternoon.....) with us ,especially this happening with asian people .... so my request to management please notice this matter. Thanks

I wish English supermarkets were half as good as this. Seafood and meat counters amazing. Great wine and beer offers.

It was pretty close to our place where we stayed for our holidays. It has a variety of fruits and vegetables and everything that is necessary.

I only needed a few bits, but they had all of them so no complaints here. Ideal if you're in a hotel b and b only.

Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and herbs meats cheeses and everything in-between... drinks..wine...pop... crisps and nuts..house cleaning products... lovely clean and tidy...

All groceries in one roof. Also the signs and boards are in English which is helpful for tourists.
