Very professional and modern hotel with a large indoor and outdoor pool. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Friendly helpful staff, we had a very quiet relaxing stay. The location isn't the best, with only a few quiet restaurants in the local area and not much to see.

We spent two weeks here in an appartement. It was great! Big rooms with a little balcony, great bed, free WiFi, everything was clean. You can park your car for free. There is a breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. The pool is not big but it’s perfect for a quick swim after a day out ( there’s also an indoor pool). They even have a gym!
But the most important is the fact that the staff treats you like a VIP, they are all so helpfull and take the time to listen to you en they solve your problems.
I can recommend this place!

For me the hotel is excellent overall. The rooms are basic but nice overall and clean. Staff is good. Breakfast is not bad but there is no ground coffee, just instant. The hotel is 15' drive from the airport and close to sea as well as few restaurants. There is indoor and outdoor pool as well as gym sauna and hamam. I like and I would come back

Booked a weeks holiday in August and I can't praise the staff and room high enough.
The apartment is excellent, having two bedrooms, living room and cooking facilities.
Nothing had been too much trouble for the hotel team and they've made our stay extra memorable on what has been a holiday of a life time.

Nice stay in Capelas. Comfortable and clean rooms in a very good position, next to the ocean. We left some glasses in a closet and the reception was super kind in shipping them back. 5 stars.

This hotel is lovely! Very comfortable with an impressive and tasty breakfast buffet, beautiful pools (indoor and outdoor), jacuzzi, etc.I didn't try the gym so can't comment. The rooms are very pleasant with very comfortable beds. Staff are super friendly. I don't usual bother reviewing hotels but thought I'd make an exception because the last few negative reviews put me off booking a longer stay. I now regret only staying one night! Genuinely baffled by the recent negative reviews.

Buen lugar para alojarse en la visita a Azores, muy tranquilo y bien comunicado si vas en coche. Nosotros estuvimos en los apartamentos, y para 2 son muy espaciosos, y con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.
Tiene buen parking, una piscina exterior correcta y una interior. El personal amable.

Simpatia dos funcionários é de mencionar aqui! Super atenciosos!
O apartamento era muito bom (só tenho a referir que devem melhorae um bocadinho a limpeza, no que diz respeito ao chão). Piscina interior um espetáculo. Muito obrigada pela Ótima estadia!

Très bon hôtel au calme. Très propre. Personnel super sympa. Le sauna et bain turc a volonté et 2 piscines bien chaudes. C'est top. Je recommande
