I came day before to wash a car, women at the office told me the price 5€ and that it will takes 15-20 min. I made a booking and next day came to wash it, asked about price again and it was 5€. I went outside and in 5 min got a call about that car NEED a deep wash which will take 40 min and 10 €. I said I don’t need it, please make a quick wash as I don’t have enough time. She said ok. When I came back, she told me that the price 10€ for a quick and deep wash as car NEED it 👋 For my question “Why the price got double in 10 min, she said that she didn’t check car before, so she didn’t know” 😂
I have one recommendation to this employee “Let decide your customers what their cars NEED” and find out a way how to make your job in a proper way.
Of course there was no receipt, but promised to send it on my mail…will see.

Horário ao domingo das 08h00 ás 22h00. Estava a lavar o carro ás 20h00 em agosto e de repente os portões fecham-se. Fiquei em pânico, pois, não havia avisos de células nem aviso de qualquer espécie. Acabei por não completar a lavagem. Falta de informação. Não aconselho.
